Our students are placed in good positionsin the above companies.

To prepare the students for placements,the college is organising various lectureson career guidance, development oflanguage and soft skills.

NCC ACTIVITIES Two NCC Units are in operation in the college i.e.

Boys and Girls Wing.

Cadets participated in various programmes andcamps at International and National level.

Number of students participated in Republic Dayand Independence Day Camps at Delhi andbrought laurels to the college.

12 cadets are presently working in Armed forces.

Cadets also assisted in conduct of variousactivities viz. Sports Meet, Asian Games, WorldMilitary Games, World Mentally and PhysicallyDisabled Games etc.,

Cadets have taken the benefit of reservation inhigher studies and employment under NCCquota.

NSS ACTIVITIES

• The College is having two NSS Units i.e. Boys and Girls.

• NSS Volunteers actively take part in all the activitiesconducted by State Government and Railways.

• Received Gold Medal during Janmabhoomi Phase I.

• Participated in various youth festivals and securedprizes.

• Ten days Special camp in villages are conducted everyyear to create awareness about education, health,hygiene, sanitation, AIDS and various schemes of thegovernment. Also assist in creating infrastructurefacilities in villages through Shramadan.

• Regular programmes include Pulse Polio, TreePlantation, AIDS Awareness, Blood Donation etc.

SPORTS AND GAMES

Three students represented India in Internationalevents held at Singapore, Sri Lanka and Japan.

Several students represented Andhra Pradesh andwon Gold, Silver and Bronze medals at the Nationalevents.

Our students also represented Osmania University invarious events.

This year our college bagged Osmania UniversityOverall Championship in Athletics.

The Main fields of representation are Athletics,Volley Ball, Badminton and Cycling.

EXTRA CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES

Our students presented many variety programmes in AIRYuvavani and also participated in discussion programmes invarious TV channels.

Students won many prizes at Srujanotsav, where more than 60colleges participated.

Participated in Rail Mela at Delhi, SCRWWO stall was thecentre of attraction.

Many of our students settled in visual media as actors in leadroles, anchors, script writers and Singers.

Released a cassette of Patriotic songs titled “Swarna Bharathi”on the occasion of Golden Jubilee Celebrations of IndianIndependence.
