Conference Overview:The Sultanate of Oman is looking at being the logistical hub for entire GCC Region and want the rail network to be one of the key GDP players. The entire GCC is looking at a 44,000 KM rail network with investments in excess of $ 250 billion connecting all the GCC countries with major ongoing and upcoming project plans. The Ministry of Transport and Communication of the Sultanate of Oman has already announced and started work on the first phase of a 2244 KM rail network with 1197KMport network with investments in excess of $ 15 billion.
Focusing on all these upcoming rail projects which will open up a lot of employment opportunities across the Sultanate of Oman Nispana presents Rail Projects Oman Summit 2014 at grand Hyatt in MuscatSultanate of Oman on April 16-17,2014.
