Ganga AwasCountry homes at Raichak-on-Ganges.

River. Nature. Comfort. Tranquility.

Page 2: Raichak Plan-Ganga Awas

We founded Ambuja Realty with a simple vision: to make a difference to the way people live.

We believe that homes are more than just four walls. Homes are green fields to play on, parks to spend an evening

with your friends plus your own space to play solitaire. We believe homes are home-plus.

The key word is ‘neighbourhood’. It rules our concept and our imagination.

Today, we are set to launch country homes at Raichak-on-Ganges. Imagine a country home, a lush garden, a flowing

river …. we give you all three in our latest offer.

I want you to know that the properties of Raichak-on-Ganges faithfully reflect the philosophy of Ambuja Realty.

We treat the customer’s hard-earned money with respect by providing a superior value proposition – with attractive

pricing, great ambience and excellent quality.

Harshavardhan Neotia

Ganga Awas – RivieraThe sound of the river lapping the shores. Sun-kissed courtyards. The scent of frangipani.

I wish to refresh my senses. To let the mind wander. To dream.

18 fully self-contained villas with a mix of 2/3 BHK options.Just on the banks of the flowing Ganges. Bearing resemblance to Mediterranean architecture, the timber work and stucco finish heighten a feeling of maritime

timelessness. The welcome embrace of the lily pool sets the mood for tranquility. The waft past the frangipani trees

bears the scent of heady evenings spent in quiet solitude or intimate companionship. The sighting of the river from

every level is therapy for the soul; the boutique courtyard is where you must be at the end of the day.

Sit back as the river becomes a therapeutic presence, relaxing you to a state of bliss.

The Promenade

This is the river facing area of the Riviera Complex within Shyamolima. This is part of Raichak-on-Ganges

hospitality infrastructure. This will be owned and operated by The Ffort Raichak. The guests and members

of The Ffort Raichak will be entitled to use the Promenade.

The Promenade will have the following facilities:

a) Poolside Café

b) An Infinity Pool visually merging with the river

c) A bubble pool for relaxation

d) A deck area

e) Ladies and gents rest rooms and changing rooms

f) Miscellaneous back office areas and other areas

All the 18 Riviera villas have direct access to the Promenade from their respective front lawns. It will be

possible for them to slip into their swimming gear from their own home and walk up to the Promenade

A series of stylish weekend retreats. Just the idyllic setting one needs.Uninterrupted by work and deadlines. The pleasures of a simple life, beautifullandscape and rich countryside await you at Ganga Awas.Beautiful landscape and nature. Tranquil and serene countryside. Disconnect from the hurries and worries of life. Timber-edged and

polished terrazzo floor, simple white plaster walls with teakwood doors. The array of buildings is beautifully placed. Small patio

terrace with intimate spaces resemble ancient Bengal villages. Soothes the senses. Calms the mind.

The Ganga Awas Hermitage at Raichak extends sophistication of the Ganga Kutir Boutique resort to residential homes. Spread over

several sites in the larger Raichak development made from the same palette of materials used at Ganga Kutir. Complete with similar

furniture and stylish elements.

The buildings are arrayed on each side based on necessary privacy from each other and the environment.

A small patio terrace attached to either a small play pool or a lap pool, providing a sit-out terrace outside the living dining room

for each house.

Provision of small intimate spaces between houses. Reminiscent of ancient villages in Bengal.
