    The story of Activities Rafting

How a couple of dudes from Cusco found their way to ColoradoMany years ago Lucho was working as a rafting guide in Cusco. Through his work he met a guide from Africa

who had spent time working in Colorado. One night all the rafting guides went out to the discotek and as the nightprogressed the guide began telling Lucho more and more about working in Colorado. Sometime near the end ofthe night (who can remember?) the guide from Africa gave Lucho a tiny piece of paper with the email address ofsomeone in Colorado for him to contact to apply for a job. Waking up the next morning Lucho thought nothing ofthe piece of paper in his jacket pocket (or of much at all), and actually forgot all about it for some time. One dayby chance Lucho found the paper again and when the hazy memories came back from the night at the discotek hedecided to apply for the job. Soon he heard back from the job, and in a flash he was on his way to the USA to start

a long series of seasons working as a rafting guide in Colorado.Three years after his first experience in Colorado, Lucho told his boss about his little brother, Frank. The

next season Lucho and Frank traveled together to Colorado and thus worked for the next 4 seasons, far fromhome from May to November each year.

Finally, after saving enough to purchase a fleet of rafts and top quality equipment, Frank and Lucho openedtheir own company in Cusco dedicated to providing their clients with the best in service and experiences andso Activities Rafting has grown into one of the top companies in Peru in just a few short years!
