Predstavljamo vam posebno izdanje o realizovanim projektima Delta Inženjeringa u oblastima nafte i gasa.

Prvi ugovor nakon osnivanja se odnosio na projekat detekcije smesa opasnih i toksičnih gasova sa vazdu-hom u centralnom postrojenju za prečišćavanje otpadnih voda grada Kragujevca. Zatim su usledili slični projekti za MKS - sadašnji naziv Železare Sme-derevo i za sve punionice tečnog naftnog gasa NIS-a. Sledio ih je veliki broj projekata u oblastima prirodnog i tečnog naftnog gasa, kao i tehničkih gasova, pa se može reći da su nam prvih sedam godina projektova-nje i izgradnja gasnih objekata bili primarna delat-nost. Nakon tog perioda dolazi do nagle ekspanzije Delta Inženjeringa, realizovanja velikih poslova u oblasti industrije koji su gotovo uvek sadržavali i objekte za prirodni gas, tečni naftni gas, tehničke gasove i rashladne fluide.

Iskustvo u projektovanju i izgradnji naftnih i gasnih instalacija, studiozan pristup, način iznalaženja najboljih rešenja problema koji se postavljaju pred izvršioca i domaćinski odnos prema željama i moguć-nostima investitora opredelili su mnoge naše poslov-ne partnere na višegodišnju saradnju.

We are presenting a special edition on the executed projects of Delta Inženjering in the field of oil and gas.

The first contract after the foundation was related to the Project for detection of hazardous and toxic gases mixture from the air in the Central Wastewater Treatment Plant for the city of Kragujevac. Then followed a similar projects for MKS, current title of Železara Smederevo, and for all LPG Bottling Plants of NIS. It was followed by a large number of projects in the fields of natural and liquefied petroleum gas, as well as technical gases, so we can say that during first seven years design and construction of gas facilities was our primary activity. After this period followed a rapid expansion of Delta Inženjering, realization of major projects in the area of industry that are almost always contained facilities for natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas, technical gases and refrigerants.

NAFTA I GASOd osnivanja Delta Inženjering se bavi projekto-vanjem i izvođenjem objekata iz oblasti prerade, skladištenja i distribucije nafte i prirodnog (zemnog) gasa i njihovih komercijalnih energet-skih i drugih proizvoda, kao i proizvodnjom i distrubucijom tehničkih gasova i primenom rashladnih fluida/gasova u raznim oblastima.

Svi realizovani projekti su obezbeđeni sa adekvatnim tehnologijama i opremom, koja je u funkciji zaštite radne i životne sredine i svođenja ekoloških incidenata na mini-mum, s obzirom na to da je većina objekata smeštena u naseljenim područjima ili njihovoj blizini. U poslednje vreme Delta Inženjering većinu poslova reali-zuje po tzv. sistemu ključ u ruke, što podrazumeva izradu kompletne projektno-tehničke dokumentacije, obezbeđe-nje svih potrebnih dozvola od nadležnih republičkih i lokal-nih institucija, izgradnju objekata i njihovo puštanje u rad, kao i obuku investitorovog kadra i davanje garancija za realizovane poslove.

All realized projects are provided with adequate tech-nologies and equipment, which is to protect working and living environment and reducing environmental incidents to a minimum, given that most of the build-ings are located in urban areas or near them.Lately Delta Inženjering most of the work implement-ed under the so-called turnkey base, including prepa-ration of complete design and technical documenta-tion, securing all necessary permits from the relevant state and local institutions, constracting and commis-sioning, training of the client's personnel as well as the provision of guarantees for performed works.

Najvažniji sekundarni procesi koji se odvijaju u rafineriji nafte:

The Most Important SecondaryProcesses That Occur in Oil Refinery:

Alkilacija je sekundarni proces prerade nafte kojim se dobija najkvalitetniji benzin. Proces se zasniva na katali-tičkoj reakciji izobutana s lakim olefinima (propanom, butanom). Alkilat je najkvalitetnija komponenta koja se koristi za proizvodnju benzina.

Hidrodesulfurizacijom se povećava hemijska stabilnost kreking benzina. Vodonik za ovaj proces dobija se sa postrojenja katalitičkog reforminga. Faktori koji utiču na kvalitet procesa: temperatura, pritisak, udeo vodonika i prostorna brzina.

Izomerizacija je proces koji se koristi ukoliko je potreb-no povećati oktanski broj benzina. Osim za spomenutu namenu, koristi se i za pripremu sirovine za proces alkilacije. Postupak se zasniva na promeni strukture molekula ugljenika, a da pri tome molekulska masa ostaje konstantna.

Katalitički reforming povećava oktanski broj benzinima dobijenim procesom atmosferske destilacije. Pre toga, potrebno je ukloniti sumporna jedinjena i metale nave-denim postupkom hidrodesulfurizacije zato što su štetni.

Proces blending se koristi da se umešaju (kombinuju) različite frakcije: petrolej, kerozin, benzinska i dizelska frakcija goriva, u svrhu dobivanja završnih komercijalnih proizvoda.

Katalitički kreking se koristi da se frakcije sa višom temperaturom ključanja (veći molekuli), uz odgovara-jući katalizator, na temperaturama do 500°C i visokim pritiscima, prevodu u lakše komercijalne frakcije koje se koriste u mnogo većem obimu.

Alkylation is the secondary process of oil refining which produces the highest quality gasoline. The process is based on a catalytic reaction of isobutane with light olefins (propane, butane). Alkylate is the highest quality components used in the production of gasoline.

Hydrodesulfurization increases the chemical stability of cracking gasoline. Hydrogen for this process is obtained from Catalytic Reforming Plant. Factors affecting the quality of the process are: temperature, pressure, the proportion of hydrogen and space velocity.

Isomerization is a process that can be used if necessary to increase the octane number of gasoline. Except for the above mentioned purpose is used in the preparation of raw materials for the alkylation process. The method is based on the changing structure of carbon molecules, while at the same time molecular weight remains constant.

Catalytic reforming increases the octane number of gasoline obtained through atmospheric distillation process. Before that, it is necessary to remove sulfur and metals by the stated hydrodesulfurization process because they are harmful.

The process of blending is used to mixture (combine) different fractions: petroleum, kerosene, gasoline and diesel fuel fractions in order to obtain the final com-mercial product.

Catalytic cracking is used to convert fractions with higher boiling point (larger molecule), with the appro-priate catalyst, at temperatures up to 500°C and high pressure, into lighter commercial fractions which are used to a much greater extent.

Jedna od najznačajnih investicionih aktivnosti u našoj zemlji je bila modernizacija Rafinerije nafte Pančevo. Rafinerija je zvanično otvorena 1. 11. 2012.

OIL REFINERY PANČEVOModernization of Oil Refinery PančevoCurrently one of the most important invest-ments in our country is the modernization of Oil Refinery in Pančevo. The refinery was officially opened on 1. 11. 2012.

Regarding the features and complexity of the future facilities, the client employed the company CBI Lummus, Brno, Czech Republic, as a designer because of formidable experience and know-how for this kind of facilities. As a technical documentation designer the company Delta Inženjering was employed, and our designer team harmonized CBI Lummus documentation with local regulations and made additional calculations and documentation.

For such complex projects compliance with scheduled time limit is essential, and Delta Inženjering man-aged to finish all activities within the planned time schedule, which means that, since the location permit, issuance in March 2010, the Main designs for preparational works and for the first phase of construction and reconstruction were elaborated.

Based on those designs there were obtained the construction permit for preparational works (May 2010) and the construction permit for the first phase (December 2010), which covers the construction of six new production facilities and ten new auxiliary facilities, as well as the reconstruction of one exist-ing auxiliary facility.

S obzirom na specifičnost i kompleksnost budućih postrojenja, investitor je kao projektanta tehničke dokumentacije dela tih postrojenja angažovao firmu CB&I Lummus iz Brna, Češka Republika, koja pose-duje značajno iskustvo i znanje kada su u pitanju ovakve vrste objekata. Kao nosilac izrade tehničke dokumentacije angažovan je Delta Inženjering, čiji je tim projektanata izvršio usklađivanje dokumentacije CBI Lummus sa domaćim propisima i izradio dodatne proračune i projekte.

Za ovako kompleksne projekte veoma je bitno pošto-vanje planiranih rokova, a Delta Inženjering uspeo je da sve aktivnosti završi u okvirima plana, pa su tako od izdavanja lokacijske dozvole u martu 2010. godine urađeni glavni projekti pripremnih radova i prve faze izgradnje, odnosno rekonstrukcije.

Na osnovu tih projekata dobijena je građevinska dozvola za pripremne radove (maj 2010) i građevinska dozvola za prvu fazu (decembar 2010) koja obuhvata izgradnju šest novih proizvodnih postrojenja i deset novih pomoćnih postrojenja, kao i rekonstrukciju jednog postojećeg pomoćnog postrojenja.

U sklopu procesa modernizacije Rafinerije nafte u Pančevu, u periodu 2010-2012. projektovano je i izgrađeno postojenje S-4700 (SARU – Spent Acid Regeneration Unit).

Delta Inženjering je projektovao i izgradio postrojenje, a bazni tehnološki projekat (WSA – Wet Gas Sulphuric Acid) i licenca za tehnologiju su vlasništvo danske firme Haldor Topsoe.

S-4700 je nezavisno postrojenje od postrojenja MHC-DHT (koje je bilo predmet ugovora o moderniza-ciji) jer prerađuje sumpornu kiselinu koja stiže iz postrojenja za alkilaciju u rafineriji, ali se koristi u procesu MHC. Ovo postrojenje može da preradi između 4,5 i 13,5 tona istrošene sumporne kiseline sa dodatnim količinama kiselog gasa i da proizvede do 13,5 tona sveže kiseline dnevno.

Ovo je jedno od retkih postrojenja za proizvodnju (regeneraciju) sumporne kiseline koje je u poslednjih dvadesetak godina u Srbiji projektovano i izgrađeno. Investitor (NIS) rešio je da se projekat i izvođenje radova obavljaju paralelno sa radovima prve i druge faze modernizacije rafinerije.

Postrojenje je pušteno u rad 2012. godine, dokazivanje parametara i kapaciteta je izvedeno tokom 2013. godine.

Naša firma je ovaj zadatak obavila po sistemu ključ u ruke, rokovi su bili veoma kratki, a projekat je bio veoma izazovan i po sadržaju i po složenosti. Projek-tanti Delta Inženjeringa su ovaj zadatak uspešno završili, a izvođenje radova na izgradnji ovog postroje-nja (nabavka opreme je bila obaveza TKB-a) sa mon-tažom opreme takođe su uspešno realizovali odgo-vorni izvođači radova našeg preduzeća.

Modernizacija RNP će se ostvariti kroz izgradnju novih proizvodnih i pomoćnih postrojenja i rekonstrukciju dela postojećih postrojenja. Modernization of RNP will be achieved through construction of new production and auxiliary facilities and reconstruction of some existing facilities.

Within the process of modernization of Oil Refinery in Pančevo, in the period 2010-2012 was designed and built plant S-4700 (SARU - Spent Acid Regeneration Unit).

Delta Inženjering designed and built the plant, and the base technological project (WSA - Wet Gas Sulphuric Acid) and license for technology are owned by the Danish company Haldor Topsoe.

S-4700 is an independent plant from the MHC-DHT (which has been subject of the contract for moderniza-tion) because it processed sulfuric acid which comes from alkylation plants in the refinery but used in the process MHC. This plant can process between 4.5 and 13.5 tons of spent sulfuric acid with additional quanti-ties of acid gas and daily produce up to 13.5 tons of fresh acid.

This is one of the few plants for production (recovery) of sulfuric acid which is in the last twenty years designed and built in Serbia.The client (NIS) has decided that the project and execu-tion of works be performed in parallel with the works of first and second phase of the refinery modernization.

The plant was put into operation in 2012 year and proving parameters and capacity was carried out during 2013.

Our firm performed this task on a "turnkey" base, deadlines were too short and the project was very challenging by content and by complexity. Delta Inžen-jering designers successfully carried out this task, and execution of works on this plant construction (procure-ment of equipment was the duty of TKB) with installa-tion of equipment have been also successfully com-pleted by the responsible contractors of our company.

Postrojenje FCC(Fluid Catalytic Cracking)

Postrojenje FCC je projektovano da prerađuje vakuum gasno ulje iz sirove nafte Kirkuka u dva režima rada:

1. zimski režim - pri konverziji od 60% proizvodi se maksimalna količina srednjih destilata,

2. letnji režim – pri konverziji od 80% proizvodi se maksimalna količina benzina.

Projektovani kapacitet je 3000 t/d, a minimalni 1800 t/d. Davalac licence je Texaco, a detaljni inženjering uradio je Foster Wheeler. Postrojenje je startovano krajem 1985. godine.

Reaktorsko-regeneratorska sekcija se sastoji iz:reaktora DC-2301 i regeneratora DC-2302, koji su među-sobno povezani kratkom vezom, i dve kose rajzerske cevi (rajzer sveže šarže FF-0711 i rajzer recirkulisane šarže RF-0904).

Ciljevi rekonstrukcije su da se na reaktorsko-regene-ratorskoj sekciji FCC postrojenja S-2300 obezbedi:

1. Smanjenje emisije štetnih materija u atmosferu, ispunja-vanje ekoloških standarda u pogledu emisija i emisija štetnih materija u skladu sa važećom zakonskom regulativom EU;

2. Veća pouzdanosti rada reaktorsko-regeneratorske sekci-je. Kontinualan bezbedan i siguran rad postrojenja u periodu od tri godine, u potpunosti poštujući projektne uslove zahtevane glavnim tehnološko-mašinskim projektom Foster Wheeler-a;

3. Poboljšanje procesa regenerisanja katalizatora u rege-neratoru DC-2302 ugradnjom novog distributera svežeg vazduha - poboljšanjem fluidizacija katalizatora u njemu.

Rekonstrukcija obuhvata zamenu postojećih ciklona u regeneratoru DC-2302 i povećanje visine plašta rege-neratora kao i zamenu gornjeg danca. Na donjem delu regeneratora vrši se ugradnja novog distributera vazduha i zamena donjeg danca regeneratora.

Ugrađuje se novi dodatni separator trećeg stepena (TSS), a gornje dance regeneratora i novi separator trećeg stepena povezuju se novim linijama otpadnog

dimnog gasa i kompezatorskom sekcijom i to zamena postojećeg kompenzatora termičkih dilatacija PA-2305 i ugradnja novog PA-2322 neposredno ispod TSS-a.

Konstrukcija TSS-a je UOP-ova licenca. Pomoću njega se vrši dodatna filtracija dimnih gasova i obezbeđuje se emisija čvrstih čestica od 50 mg/Nm3 dimnih gasova. Nakon TSS-a 95% dimnih gasova gore nave-dene čistoće odlazi u atmosferu, a 5% dimnih gasova sa povećanom koncentracijom čvrstih čestica u njima odlazi na finalnu obradu u separatoru četvrtog stepena (FSS).

Projektom je predviđena i ugradnja separatora četvr-tog stepena (FSS). Oprema separatora četvrtog stepe-na (FSS) oslanja se na čeličnu konstrukciju novog objekta separatora četvrtog stepena koja se gradi u neposrednoj blizini objekta regeneratora. Komplet posuda FSS-a su PALL-ova licenca, kao i projekat i isporuka. U njemu se vrši završna filtracija struje od 5% dimnih gasova, nakon čega gasovi tražene čistoće odlaze u atmosferu, a izdvojeni katalizator (čvrste čestice) se preko prekidne posude odvodi u bunker (hoper) regenerisanog katalizatora.

U hoperu regenerisanog katalizatora se vrši skladi-štenje regenerisanog katalizatora izdvojenog iz dimnih gasova. Prekidna posuda služi za izjednačava-nje pritisaka između paketa separatora četvrtog stepena (FSS) i bunkera izdvojenog kristalizatora.

FCC Plant(Fluid Catalytic Cracking)FCC plant is designed to process vacuum gas oil from Kirkuk crude oil in two modes:

1. Winter regime - at a conversion of 60% produces the maximum quantity of middle distillates,

2. Summer regime - at a conversion of 80% produces the maximum quantity of gasoline.

The projected capacity is 3000 t/d and the minimum is 1800 t/d. The licensor is Texaco and detailed engineer-ing was done by Foster Wheeler. The plant was put into operation in late 1985.

Reactor-regenerator section consists of the reactor DC-2301 and regenerator DC-2302, which are connected by a short connection and two sloped riser tubes (riser of fresh batch FF-0711 and riser of recirculated batch RF-0904).

The objectives of reconstruction are to provide on the reactor-regenerator section of FCC Plant S-2300:

1. Reduction of emissions of harmful substances into the atmosphere, fulfilling of environmental standards in terms of emissions and in accordance with the applica-ble EU legislation;

2. Increased operating reliability of the reactor-regenera-tor section. Continuous safe and secure operation of the plant for a period of three years, fully respecting the design conditions required by main technological-me-chanical designs of Foster Wheeler;

3. Improving the regenerating process of catalyst in the regenerator DC-2302 by installing a new distributor of fresh air – improving of catalyst fluidization in it.

The reconstruction involves replacing of the existing cyclones in the regenerator DC-2302 and increasing the height of the regenerator shroud and replace-ment of the upper bottom. At the lower part of the regenerator is performed installation of a new air distributors and replacement of the lower bottom of the regenerator.

A new additional Third Stage Separator (TSS) is installed and in the upper bottom of the regenerator and a new Third Stage Separator are connected with new lines of waste flue gas and compensator section and replacement of the existing compensator of thermal dilatation PA-2305 and the installation of a new PA-2322 directly below TSS.

Construction of TSS is a license of UOP. Using it is performed additional filtering of flue gases and

Fourth Stage Separator:1. Under flow filter A-23012. Break vessel FE-23033. Recovered catalyst hopper FE-23044. After blow gas tank FE-23065. Coalescence filter FD-23096. Control unit of the heater UC-601A

through which is ensured solid particles emissions of 50 mg/Nm3 of flue gases. After TSS 95% of the flue gases above mentioned purity go in the atmosphere and 5% of the flue gases with increased concentration of solid particles go to final processing in the Fourth Stage Separator (FSS).

By design is planned the installation of Fourth Stage Separator (FSS). Equipment of the FSS relies on the steel structure of a new FSS, which is built nearby the Regenerator. Vessels set of FSS is PALL license, as well as a design and delivery. In it is performed final filtration flow of 5% flue gases, after which the required purity gases go into the atmosphere, a sepa-rate catalyst (solids), over break vessel conducted into a hopper of regenerated catalyst. In the hopper of regenerated catalyst is carried out storage of regen-erated catalyst separated from the flue gases. Break vessel serves to equalize pressure between the pack-ages of FSS and hopper of separated crystallizer.

Prirodni gas u Rafineriji nafte Pančevo služi kao sirovi-na za novoprojektovano postrojenje za proizvodnju vodonika S-5000 i kao energent. Strategijom razvoja RNP je bilo predviđeno da se postojeći energent lož ulje, odnosno mazut koji se dobija pri procesu prerade sirove nafte, minimizira do nivoa koji omogućavaju rekonstrui-sana i modernizovana postrojenja RNP, a da se proizvodnja vodonika i energetske potrebe za zagreva-nje fluida u rafinerijskim pećima i proizvodnju vodene pare stvaraju na bazi korišćenja prirodnog gasa kao osnovne sirovine i osnovnog energenta.

Realizacija projekta je izvedena u rekordnom roku dobrom koordinacijom i sinhronizovanjem svih specijal-nosti: građevine, mašinstva i elektrotehnike. U realiza-ciji posla su učestvovali, između ostalih, i članovi Delta grupe Alfamont i Ferkom.

Razvod prirodnog gasa i povezivanje na redukcione staniceDelta Inženjering je u 2012. godini za potrebe modernizacije Rafinerije nafte Pančevo, koja posluje u sastavu Naftne industrije Srbije, izvo-dio radove na projektu razvoda prirodnog gasa od GMRS (Srbijagas) do redukcionih stanica, kao i za redukcione stanice MRS 9900 i RS 9950.

Natural gas in Pančevo Oil Refinery is used as a raw material for the designed new plant for the production of hydrogen S-5000 and as an energy source. By devel-opment strategy of RNP is planned that the existing energy source fuel oil or heavy fuel oil, which is obtained in the process of refining crude oil, was minimized to a level that allow reconstructed and modernized plant RNP, and that the production of hydrogen and energy needs for heating fluid in refinery furnaces and produc-tion of water vapor were created on the basis of using natural gas as the main raw material and the basic fuel.

The project was carried out in record time, good coor-dination and synchronizing all specialties: construc-tion engineering, mechanical engineering and electri-cal engineering. In the realisation of this project partic-ipated, among others, members of Delta Group - Alfamont and Ferkom.

Distribution of Natural Gas and Connection to the Reduction StationsDelta Inženjering in 2012 for the purpose of modernization of Pančevo Oil Refinery, which operates within the Oil Industry of Serbia, carried out works on the project for distribu-tion of natural gas from the main MRS (Srbi-jagas) to the reduction cells, as well as redu-cing station MRS 9900 and RS 9950th.

Activities in Pančevo Oil Refinery

Delta Inženjering je u okviru izrade projekta integralne tehničke zaštite Rafinerije nafte u Pančevu za investitora NIS AD predložio tri idejna rešenja i na bazi usvojenog idejnog rešenja izradio idejne i glavne projekte:

• arhitektonsko-građevinski,• projekat parternog uređenja i sinhron plan, • projekat elektroenergetskih instalacija, • projekat telekomunikacionih i informacionih sistema, • projekat zaštite od požara i • projekat osmatranja ponašanja tla i objekta i to za celine:

Projektom je obuhvaćena totalna rekonstrukcija postojeće ograde, ugradnja modernog i funkcionalnog sistema tehnič-ke zaštite (perimetarska zaštita, alarmni sistem, video nadzor, kontrola pristupa) i dogradnja električne rasvete.

Projekat integralne tehničke zaštite Rafinerije nafte Pančevo

The Project for Integrated Technical Protection of Pančevo Oil Refinery

Isprojektovana je IP telekomunikaciona mreža po optičkim kablovima u topologiji prstena za povezi-vanje kamera kombinovanih barijera, kontrolera sistema kontrole pristupa, sa centralnim uređaji-ma i predviđena softverska integracija sistema.

Specifičnost perimetarske zaštite je u primeni optič-kog senzorskog kabla koji se postavlja po spoljnoj ogradi kompleksa, a koji u tako velikoj dužini u konti-nuitetu nije primenjivan u širem regionu.

Princip rada se svodi na to da se, u slučaju aktivira-nja neke od alarmnih zona optičkog senzorskog kabla, najbliža brzopokretna kamera usmerava na tu zonu i uključuje se alarmno osvetljenje u zoni pokrivanja te kamere. U slučaju alarma sa kapija, rampi, mesta gde nema ograde, najbliža brzopo-kretna kamera se usmerava na tu zonu i takav događaj se u vidu zvučnog i svetlosnog alarma oglašava u Centru tehničkog obezbeđenja.

Delta Inženjering has proposed within the development project for integrated technical protection of Oil Refinery in Pančevo for the client NIS AD three design solutions and on the basis of the adopted preliminary design developed preliminary and main projects:

• Architectural and constructional,• Design of landscaping and synchronization plan,• Design of electrical installations,• Design of telecommunication and information systems,• Design of fire protection and• Design of monitoring the soil and structure and for units:

The project includes a complete reconstruction of the exist-ing fence, installation of modern and functional security systems (perimeter security, alarm system, video surveil-lance, access control) and upgrade electrical lighting.

Designed IP telecommunications network by the fiber-optic cables in a ring topology for connecting the camera of combined barriers, access controller of control system, the control units and provided software systems integration.

Specificity of perimeter protection is in use of optical sensor cable, which is positioned in the outer fence of the complex, which in so great a length, in the continuity was not applied in the wider region.

The principle of operation is reduced to, in the case of activation of some of the alarm zones optical sensor cable, the nearest fast moving camera focuses on that area and includes an alarm light in the coverage area and cameras. In case of alarm from the gates, ramps where there is no fence, the nearest fast moving camera focuses on that area and such an event in the form of sound and light alarm sounds at the Center of Technical Support.

Povratak parnog kondenzata sa S-22300 u blok IXU okviru rekonstrukcije Rafinerije nafte Pančevo izgrađeni su novi proizvodni pogoni kao što su S-4300 (blagi hidrokreking i hidrotreating), S-4450 / 4460 / 4900 / 4950 (proizvodnja i granulacija sumpora, stripovanje kisele vode, regeneracija azota), S-5000 (proizvodnja vodonika), S-4700 (regeneracija iskorišćene sumporne kiseline). Tehnološki parni kondenzat sa ovih postrojenja se sakuplja u delu postrojenja sa oznakom S-22300.

Predmetni projekat je obuhvatio povratne cevovode kondenzata u bloku IX do sabirnog rezervoara kondenzata i isprojektovano je prethodno hlađenje tog kondenzata da bi se iskoristio „višak” toplote i istovremeno zagrejala demi voda koja ide ka napoj-nim kotlovskim rezervoarima.

Return of the Steam Condensate from S-22300 in Block IXDuring the reconstruction of Pančevo Oil Refinery were constructed new production facilities such as S-4300 (mild hydrocracking and hidrotreating), S-4450 / 4460 / 4900 / 4950 (production and granulation of sulfur, sour water stripping, regeneration of nitrogen), S-5000 (hydrogen production), S-4700 (regeneration of used sulfuric acid).

Technological steam condensate from these plants is collected in the part of the plant which is marked with S-22300. The present project included the return pipelines of condensate in Block IX to the condensate collection reservoir and designed previously cooling of condensate in order to use "excess" heat and simulta-neously warm demi water that goes towards feeding boiler tanks.

Technical Gases in the Laboratory of Pančevo Oil RefineryNIS – Pančevo Oil Refinery carries out all the analyses necessary for the production process-es within the refinery at its own laboratory.

The laboratory of NIS - RNP consists of numerous departments, such as: chromatography departments, spectrometry and catalysis departments, water depar-tment, inspection department and product and catalysis development department. In the process of performance of the largest number of analysis at the departments of the laboratory of NIS–RNP, various technical gases are used: flammable gases, neutral and oxidation gases. The analysis devices, using such gases, have been so far supplied from the cylinders placed next to the devices at the departments of the laboratory.

At the request of NIS–RNP, Delta Inženjering carried out the modernization of the supply system of technical gases to the analysis devices at the departments of the laboratory, having designed the system for central supply and distribution of technical gases. Complete architectural and civil engineering designs of the new unit of substations have been made, including the storage of technical gas cylinders next to the existing laboratory building, as well as the mechanical-techno-logical and electric designs of the installations of tech-nical gases from the substations to the consumption points at the laboratory departments.

Also, the design was prepared how to detect flamma-ble gases in the mixture with air at the substation where the flammable gas cylinders are placed and at all laboratory departments where these flammable gases are used. In addition to the design, Delta Inženjering also made the complete mechanical and electric installation of this system. The mechanical installations were made in cooperation with the sub-supplier of gas equipment Messer Tehnogas.

Tehnički gasovi u laboratoriji Rafinerije nafte PančevoNIS - Rafinerija nafte Pančevo obavlja sve analize neophodne za proizvodne procese u okviru rafinerije u sopstvenoj laboratoriji.Laboratorija NIS-RNP u svom sastavu ima brojna odeljenja, kao što su: odeljenja hromatografije, odelje-nja za spektrometriju i katalizu, odeljenja vode, odelje-nja kontrole i odeljenja službe razvoja proizvoda i kata-lize. U postupku izvođenja najvećeg broja analiza u odeljenjima laboratorije NIS – RNP koriste se različiti tehnički gasovi, zapaljivi, neutralni i oksidacioni gasovi. Uređaji za analize koji koriste ove gasove do sada su gasovima snabdevani iz boca koje su stajale uz uređaje u odeljenjima laboratorije.

Delta Inženjering je na zahtev NIS-RNP izvršio moder-nizaciju sistema snabdevanja tehničkim gasovima uređaja za analizu po odeljenjima laboratorije projek-tujući sistem za centralno snabdevanje i razvod tehnič-kih gasova. Urađeni su kompletni arhitektonsko-gra-đevinski projekti novog objekta, podstanica sa skladi-štima boca za tehničke gasove pored postojeće zgrade laboratorije, kao i mašinsko-tehnološki i elektro proje-kat instalacija tehničkih gasova od podstanica do potrošnih mesta u odeljenjima laboratorije.

Urađen je i projekat detekcije pojave zapaljivih gasova u smeši sa vazduhom u odeljenju podstanice u kojem su smeštene boce sa zapaljivim gasovima i svim odeljenjima laboratorije u kojima se koriste ovi zapalji-vi gasovi. Pored projekata, Delta Inženjering izveo je i kompletnu mašinsku i elektroinstalaciju ovog sistema. Mašinska instalacija izvedena je u saradnji sa isporuči-ocem gasne opreme Messer - Tehnogas.

Postrojenje za duboku preradu nafte, NISKompanija Delta Inženjering je u aprilu 2015. potpisala ugovor sa kompanijom CB&I iz Češke Republike o izradi generalnog i idejnog projekta Postrojenje za duboku preradu nafte – postro-jenje za odloženo koksovanje za investitora NIS A.D.

Cilj realizacije kompletnog projekta izgradnje predmetnog postrojenja je proizvodnja petrol koksa kao produkta procesa duboke prerade nafte. Petrol koks bi time postao novi proizvod koji bi NIS plasirao na tržištu.

Ceo planirani projekat se sastoji od više celina - postrojenja - koje su funkcionalno povezane.

Procena je da će investicija u realizaciju projekta biti 276 miliona $ (+30/-20%).

Plant for Deep Processing of Crude Oil, NISIn April 2015 the company Delta Inženjering signed a contract with CB&I from the Czech Republic on the preparation of the general and basic Plant for Deep Processing of Crude Oil – Delayed Cracker Plant for the client NIS A.D.

The aim of the realization of complete project for plant con-struction is the production of petroleum coke as the product of oil deep processing. Thus petrol coke would become a new product, which would place NIS on the market.

The entire planned project consists of several parts - plants - which are functionally connected.

It is estimated that the investment in the project will be $ 276 million (+30/-20%).

Opis postrojenja za prečišćavanje zauljenih otpadnih voda u NIS Rafineriji nafte Pančevo u Pančevu

Rafinerije nafte su veliki potrošači vode. Shodno tome, one produkuju i velike količine otpadnih zauljenih voda koje je potrebno pre-čišćavati pre upuštanja u recipijente.Zbog toga je izvršena rekonstrukcija postro-jenja za prečišćavanje zauljenih otpadnih voda. Izrađena je tehnička dokumentacija kojom je definisana tehnologija prečišćava-nja, utvrđene sve faze procesa prerade zau-ljenih otpadnih voda, potrebna dogradnja građevinskih objekata postrojenja i odabrana mašinsko-tehnološka (hidro-mehanička) i elektrooprema postrojenja.

Postrojenje za prečišćavanje zauljenih otpadnih voda Rafinerije nafte Pančevo je postrojenje na kome je zastupljen konvencionalni tehnološki postupak preči-šćavanja koji bazira na gravitacionoj separaciji.

Iz rafinerije se ispuštaju dve vrste zauljenih otpadnih voda: zauljene tehnološke otpadne vode i zauljene atmosferske vode (otpadne vode sakupljene sa povr-šinskog kompleksa rafinerije).

Postojećim rešenjem su se tehnološke otpadne vode sakupljale i odvodile u API separator sa dve komore u kojima je dolazilo do gravitacione separacije ulja i vode. Prečišćena voda se pumpama transportovala na dalju

obradu na centralno postrojenje za prečišćavanje tehnoloških otpadnih voda u okviru petrohemijske industrije.

Zauljene atmosferske vode, kao i vode od pranja mani-pulativnih površina rafinerije, sakupljale su se i poseb-nom kanalizacijom dovodile na taložnik ili bistrik (clari-fier). U ovom uređaju, koji takođe ima dve komore, dolazilo je do gravitacionog izdvajanja ulja iz vode, nakon čega se prečišćena voda direktno ispuštala u recipijent, reku Dunav.

Projektom rekonstrukcije postrojenja realizovani su sledeći radovi:

• Adaptacija građevinskih objekata API separatora i taložnika, kojom su ovi objekti osposobljeni da prihvate kako translatorne zgrtače izdvojenog plivajućeg ulja i istaloženog mulja (taloga), tako i koalescentne filtre u izlaznim komorama;

• Isporuka i ugradnja translatornih zgrtača i na API separatoru i na taložniku. Ova hidromašinska oprema nije ranije postojala na postrojenju i tokom rekonstrukcije je ta oprema ugrađena u cilju efika-snijeg eliminisanja izdvojenih ulja i istaloženih muljeva iz samih uređaja;

• Isporuka i ugradnja koalescentnih filtera (separa-tora) u izlaznim komorama i API separatora i talož-nika, a u cilju postizanja zahtevanih MDK vrednosti slobodnog ulja u izlaznom prečišćenom efluentu.

Koncepcija postrojenjaZauljene otpadne vode u rafinerija-ma nafte sadrže različite količine ugljovodonika koje mogu biti slobod-ne, delimično rastvorene ili u većoj ili manjoj meri sastavni deo emulzije.

Iz dostavljenih analiza o kvalitetu zauljenih otpadnih voda Rafinerije nafte Pančevo vidi se da se najveći procenat sadržanih ugljovodonika u otpadnim vodama nalazi u obliku slobodnih ulja.

Iz ovog i proizlazi koncepcija postrojenja za prečišćavanje zauljenih otpadnih voda koja se sastoji iz dve faze procesa obrade otpadnih voda:

I faza Kako se pretežno radi o slobodnim uljima, to je na postrojenju zastupljen proces fizičkog odstranjivanja ulja primenom gravitacione sepa-racije kao primarna faza obrade otpadnih voda u pravougaonim podužnim bazenima sa translatornim zgrtačima koji su opremljeni gornjim i donjim grtalicama. Ovi bazeni su dimenzionisani prema API normama;

II faza U izlaznim komorama API separatora i taložnika (clarifiera) smešteni su koalescentni filteri na kojima je kao sekundarna faza obrade zauljenih otpadnih voda primenjen postupak koalscencije (srašćivanja malih kapljica ulja u veće kapljice).

Ovo se jasno vidi sa priložene tehnološke šeme procesa prečišćavanja zauljenih otpadnih voda (strana 22 i 23).

Karakteristike – količine i kvalitet zauljenih otpadnih voda Rafinerije nafte PančevoNajvažnije karakteristike zauljenih otpadnih voda Rafinerije nafte Pančevo su:

- Količine otpadnih voda (hidrauličko opterećenje postrojenja);- Kvalitet zauljenih otpadnih voda, odnosno vrste, oblik, sadržaj (kon-

centracija) i sl. različitih zagađujućih supstanci sadržanih u otpad-nim vodama, na prvom mestu različitih oblika ugljovodonika.

Količine otpadnih voda iznose za:

API SEPARATOR:• Qp/Qmax =450/600 m3/h - prosečni/maksimalni protok zauljenih

tehnoloških otpadnih voda;• 3906/37.896mg/l - prosečni/maksimalni sadržaj slobodnog ulja

u tehnološkim otpadnim vodama.

TALOŽNIK (CLARIFIER):• QSmax/QKmax =420/600 m3/h - max. protok zauljenih atmosfer-

skih voda pri suvom/kišnom vremenu;• 60,92/1210,5 mg/l - prosečni/maksimalni sadržaj slobodnog ulja

u atmosferskim zauljenim vodama.

Description of Oily Wastewater Treatment Plantin NIS Oil Refinery Pančevo

Refineries are large consumers of water. Consequently, they produce large amounts of oily wastewater which need purification before discharge into recipient.

That is why the reconstruction of the plant for treatment of oily wastewater was performed. Technical documentation was prepared by which were defined treatment technologies, established all stages of oily wastewater treatment, need for additional construction of facilities and selected mechanical, technolog-ical (hydro-mechanical) and electrical instal-lations.

Plant for the treatment of oily wastewater of Oil Refin-ery Pančevo is a plant on which has been present conventional purification process that is based on gravity separation.

From the refinery are discharged two kinds of oily wastewater: oily industrial wastewater and oily storm water (wastewater collected from the surface complex of the refinery).

By existing solution technological wastewater is collected and taken to the API separator with two chambers, in which took place the gravitational sepa-ration of oil and water. Purified water is transported by pumps for further processing at a central plant for

purification of process wastewater within the petro-chemical industry.

Oily contaminated storm water and water from wash-ing of handling areas in the refinery were collected and by special sewage led to precipitator or clarifier. In this device, which also has two chambers, there was a gravitational separation of oil from water, after which the treated water was directly discharged into the recipient, the Danube River.

By the project of plant reconstruction were carried out the following works:

• Adaptation of API separators and sedimentation tanks’ buildings, by which these facilities are able to accept both translational scrapers separated float-ing oil and precipitated sludge and coalescence filters in the exhaust chambers;

• Delivery and installation of translational scrapers in API separator and in sedimentation tank. This hydro mechanical equipment is not previously existed in the plant and during the reconstruction this equip-ment is fitted in order to efficiently eliminate isolated oil and sludge and precipitated sediment from the devices;

• Delivery and installation of coalescence filters (separators) in the exhaust chambers and API separators and sedimentation tanks, in order to achieve the required maximum allowable concentra-tion values of free oil in the outlet purified effluent.

Concept of PlantsOily wastewater in oil refineries contains different amounts of hydrocarbon that may be free, partially dissolve or, to a greater or lesser extent, an integral part of the emulsion.

From the submitted analysis on quali-ty of oily wastewater in Pančevo Oil Refinery can be seen that the highest percentage of hydrocarbons contained in the wastewater is in the form of free oil.

From this arises the conception of the oily wastewater treatment plant which is consisted from two phases of wastewater treatment process:

Phase I is predominantly a free oils, it is in the plant present a process of oil physical removing using gravity separation as a primary phase of wastewater treatment in rectangular longitudinal pools with transla-tional scrapers which are equipped with upper and lower squeegee. These pools are dimensioned according to API standards;

Phase II Into the outlet chambers of API separator and clarifier are placed coalescence filters on which as a secondary processing stage of oily wastewater is applied a procedure of coalescence (coalescence of small oil droplets into larger droplets).

This is clear from the available technological scheme purification process of oily wastewater (pages 22 and 23).

Quantity and Quality of Oily Wastewaterin Pančevo Oil RefineryThe most important characteristics of oily wastewater in Oil Refinery Pančevo are:- Quantity of wastewater (hydraulic load of plant);- Quality of oily wastewater, i.e. type, form, content (concentration)

and so of various pollutants contained in wastewater, in the first place different forms of hydrocarbons.

Quantities of wastewater are as follows:

API SEPARATOR:• QP/Q max = 450/600 m3/h - average/maximum flow of oily

industrial wastewater;• 3906/37.896mg/l - average/maximum content of free oil in

process wastewater.

SEDIMENTATION TANK (CLARIFIER):• QSmax/QKmax = 420/600 m3/ h - maximum flow of oily storm

water in dry/rainy weather;• 60.92/1210.5 mg/l - average/maximum content of free oil in

storm oily wastewater.

Quality of Outlet EffluentThe request for quality effluent is reflected in defined concentrations of free oil in the purified wastewater.

These levels are:API separator: ≤40 mg/l;

Sedimentation tanks (Clarifier): ≤10 mg/l

RAFINERIJA NAFTE PANČEVO EKOLOGIJAObezbeđenje DEMI vode za MHC (Neutralizacija otpadnih voda iz HPV-a)

U sklopu realizacije novih postrojenja (MHC -DHT, HGU, SARU) na kojima se obavlja proi-zvodnja derivata evropskog kvaliteta, Delta lnženjering je isprojektovao, izgradio i pustio u rad novi sistem za obezbedenje demineralizo-vane, tj. demi vode i neutralizaciju kiselo-ba-znih otpadnih voda, koje nastaju regeneraci-jom katjonske i anjonske linije za proizvodnju demi vode, sa izgradnjom novih rezervoara u kojima se odvija proces neutralizacije otpadnih voda.

Water Supply for Neutralizationof Wastewater from CWT in Oil Refinery Pančevo

Within the implementation of new plants (MHC-DHT, HGU, SARU), which are used for manufacturing of European quality derivatives, Delta lnženjering has designed, engineered and commissioned a new system for supply of demineralized water and neutralization of acid and alkali wastewater that originates from regeneration of cation and anion production lines of demi water with the construction of new reaction tanks for the Wastewater Neu-tralization Process.

Demineralized water is produced within the Water Preparation Plant by Ion Exchange Process and filtra-tions on mixed beg filters. Besides the reconstruction and installation of a new pipeline, project foresees the expansion of storage for demi water by 500m3 to ensure continuous and reliable supply of the new plants. This expansion is achieved by building of two new steel tanks FB-9331 and FB-9332. Each tank has a capacity of 250m3. The tanks are equipped with all necessary process connections as well as connections for belonging instruments.

The new reaction tanks for neutralization of wastewa-ter are made of steel - each has a capacity of 800 m3

(FB-9403 and FB-9404). Inside those is carried out the neutralization process of acid and alkali wastewater generated by regeneration of ion resins in ion exchangers in CWT. The tanks are equipped with all necessary process connections as well as connections for belonging instruments.

Demineralizovana voda se proizvodi u postrojenju za hemijsku pripremu postupkom jonske izmene i filtraci-jom na filterima sa mešanom ispunom. Osim rekon-strukcije i izgradnje nove linije cevovoda, projektom je predviđeno da se skladišna zapremina za demi vodu proširi za 500m3 kako bi se obezbedilo kontinualno i pouzdano snadbevanje novih potrošača. Ovo proširenje je ostvareno izgradnjom dva nova čelična rezervoara FB-9331 i FB-9332, pri čemu je svaki rezervoar zapre-mine 250m3. Rezervoari su opremljeni svim potrebnim procesnim priključcima, kao i priključcima za predvi-đene instrumente.

Novi reakcioni prostor je predviden u vidu dva čelična rezervoara, svaki zapremine 800m3 (FB-9403 i FB-9404). U njemu se obavlja proces neutalizacije kiselo-baznih otpadnih voda, koje se generišu regeneracijom jonskih smola u jonskim kolonama u HPV-u. Rezervoari su opremljeni svim potrebnim procesnim priključcima, kao i priključcima za predviđene instrumente.

Sredstva za neutralizaciju otpadnih voda su sumporna kiselina (H2S04) i natrijum hidroksid (NaOH). Doziranje sumporne kiseline se obavlja preko novih dozirnih pumpi (radna i rezervna) iz postojećeg rezervoara FB-9251.

Predviđeno je da potisni cevovod dozirnih pumpi bude recirkulacioni. On se račva u dva odvojena voda i to prema novim neutralizatorima. Na ovim vodovima se

nalaze regulacioni ventili iza kojih se dovodni cevovod dalje račva prema svakom neutralizatoru tako da se sumporna kiselina uvodi u najmanje četiri tačke. Ovo je urađeno zbog pravilne raspodele dozirne količine sum-porne kiseline po celoj reakcionoj zapremini neutrali-zatora.

Doziranje natrijum hidroksida se obavlja preko novih dozirnih pumpi (radna i rezervna) iz postojećeg rezer-voara FB-9252. Potisni cevovod dozirnih pumpi je takođe recirkulacioni i prema neutralizatorima se račva u dva odvojena voda na kojima su postavljeni regulacioni ventili. lza ventila cevovod se račva i u neutralizatore kako bi se natrijum hidroksid uvodio u najmanje četiri tačke. Ovo je urađeno zbog pravilne raspodele dozirne količine natrijum hidroksida po celoj reakcionoj zapremini neutralizatora.

Praćenje i upravljanje postrojenjem za demineralizaci-ju vode i neutralizaciju otpadnih voda se vrši preko postojećeg DCS-a (Distributed Control System), tj. njegovim proširenjem koje je obavljeno u saradnji sa Invensis Foxboro. Ovo je postojeći nadzorni sistem u HPV-u koji se, izradom odgovarajućeg softvera i ugrad-njom odgovarajuće opreme, koristiti za praćenje i nadzor rada novog postrojenja za demineralizaciju vode i neutralizaciju kiselo-baznih otpadnih voda koje se generisu iz HPV-a.

Vrednost ovog ugovora iznosi 1,3 miliona eura.

OIL REFINERY PANČEVO ECOLOGY

For Wastewater Neutralization Process are used sulfu-ric acid (H2S04) and sodium hydroxide (NaOH). The dosage of sulfuric acid is carried out through new dosing pumps (active and spare) from the existing tank FB-9251.

It is planned for the discharge pipe line of dosing pumps to be recirculating. It splits into two separate lines toward new neutralizers. In these lines are valves beyond which the supply pipeline branches to each neutralizer so that sulfuric acid is introduced into at least four points. This was done because the proper division of the dosing amount of sulfuric acid throughout the reaction volume neutralizer.

The dosage of sodium hydroxide is carried out through new dosing pumps (active and spare) from the existing tank FB-9252. The discharge pipeline of dosing pumps is also recirculating and also toward neutralizers it splits into two separate lines on which are the control valves. From the valves pipeline splits into neutralizers in order to sodium hydroxide be introduced in at least four points. This was done due to the proper division of sodium hydroxide dosing volume for neutralization throughout the all reaction volume of the neutralizer.

Monitoring and management of Plant for Water Demin-eralization and Wastewater Neutralization is carried over through the existing DCS (Distributed Control System), ie. its expansion, which took place in conjunc-tion with Invensis Foxboro. This is existing monitoring system in CWT, which is used to monitor and control operation for Water Demineralization Plant and Acid and Alkali Wastewater Neutralization Plant, which is generated from CWT by developing the appropriate software and appropriate equipment.

The value of the contract amounts is € 1.3 million.

Priprema priključaka (uslova) za ugradnju dodatnog stepena desaltera na S-2100 u NIS Rafinerija nafte PančevoU Rafineriji nafte Pančevo je tokom 2014. godine započela realizacija projekta Ugradnja dodatnog stepena desaltera na postrojenju za atmosfersku destilaciju sirove nafte S-2100.

U cilju obezbeđivanja uslova za izvođenje radova bez obustave postrojenja za ugradnju dodatnog stepena desaltera, odlučeno je da se iskoristi septembarski zastoj 2014. godine za pripremu priključaka na posto-jeće cevovode i izvođenje kablovskih kanala za polaga-nje niskonaponskog električnog kabla za napajanje novog stepena desaltera iz TS N1, kao i adaptaciju kasete u TS N1.

Na raspisani tender se javila i naša kompanija Delta Inženjering i u oštroj konkurenciji dobila ugovor za izvođenje radova po sistemu ključ u ruke na postavlja-nju novih priključaka na postojeće cevovode u cilju ugradnje dodatnog stepena desaltera.Projekat je po sistemu ključ u ruke obuhvatao sledeće aktivnosti:

• Izradu idejnih rešenja;• Izradu glavnih projekata;• Tehničku kontrolu glavnih projekata;• Izradu elaborata o tehnologiji zavarivanja;• Nabavku potrebne opreme i materijala;• Izvođenje neophodnih priključenja na postojeće

cevovode i elektroinstalacije koje će obezbediti ugradnju dodatnog stepena odsoljavanja bez obustave postrojenja S-2100, što podrazumeva izvođenje mašinsko-montažnih radova i izvođenje elektroradova;

• Ispitivanje zavarenih spojeva i dostavljanje Izvešta-ja o ispitivanju;

• Funkcionalno ispitivanje, probni rad i primopreda-ja radova.

U postrojenju za atmosfersku destilaciju sirove nafte S-2100 sada postoji samo jedan desalter FA-2151, čija je uloga prečišćavanje sirove nafte koja se šalje na atmosfersku destilaciju.

Funkcija desaltera u procesu destilacije nafte je ukla-njanje nečistoća iz sirove nafte (rastvorene soli, čvrste materije i voda). Nakon desaltera sirova nafta se dogreva u razmenjivačima toplote i peći BA-2101 i šalje u destilacionu kolonu DA-2101. Pre ulaska u desalter sirova nafta se zagreva u razmenjivačima toplote sa produktima destilacije i meša sa vodom (5-7 %vol). Na taj način stvara se emulzija koja omogućava rastvara-nje soli iz sirove nafte u vodi. Proces mešanja potpo-mognut je miks-ventilom koji obezbeđuje mešanje fluida na sitne kapi i na taj način formira se emulzija. Kako bi se sprečilo formiranje stabilne emulzije nakon mešanja sirove nafte i vode emulziji se dodaje deemul-gator.

U desalteru se emulzija dovodi u visokonaponsko električno polje u čijem prisustvu se vrši ukrupnjavanje vodenih kapljica koje se, usled razlike specifične težine

nafte i vode, skupljaju u donjem delu desaltera odakle se izdvaja vodena faza. Na samom dnu desaltera se, usled taloženja raznih nečistoća iz sirove nafte, formira mulj koji se povremenim dreniranjem odvodi na preči-šćavanje i API separator.

Sirova nafta se pre desaltera zagreva grupom izmenji-vača EA-2101-4 tako da je temperatura nafte na ulasku u desalter u opsegu 110-125°C. Više temperature pogoduju većoj efikasnosti odsoljavanja i odvodnjava-nja, ali na ulaznu temperaturu se ne može uticati direktno već zavisi od tipa nafte, režima rada i prinosa produkata sa kojima se nafta predgreva u razmenjiva-čima toplote.

Na osnovu analize rada postojećeg desaltera, efika-snosti odvodnjavanja (82,8%) i odsoljavanja (69,95%) su nezadovoljavajuće. Ugradnjom još jednog stepena desaltera treba da se postigne efikasnost odsoljavanja od 98%, čime bi se sadržaj soli u sirovoj nafti doveo na nivo ispod 1 PTB (~3 ppm).

Namena projektovanja i izgradnje priključaka na cevo-vodima postojećeg desaltera je obezbeđivanje uslova za izvođenje radova bez obustave postrojenja za ugradnju dodatnog stepena desaltera, odnosno novog desaltera.Priključci su smešteni na tri „čvorišta”, koja se nalaze na postojećim cevovodnim linijama postojećeg desal-tera FA-2115.

Čvorište A, koje se nalazi na liniji PT-12-16”-C30, sadži:• Priključak 16”, za odvod sirove nafte iz linije

PT-12-16”-C30 prema novom desalteru, na prvi stepen odsoljavanja;

• Priključak 16”, za povratak odsoljene sirove nafte sa novog desltera na čvorište-A, odnosno na deo linije PT-12-16”-C30 koji vodi prema postojećem desalteru, na drugi stepen odsoljavanja;

• Veza između priključka na čvorištu-A.

Čvorište B, koje se nalazi na liniji PD-40-10”-C15, sadži:• Priključak 10”, za odvod fluda iz sigurnosnog

ventila na novom deslteru.

Čvorište C, koje se nalazi na liniji WB-03-4”-C16, sadži:• Priključak 4”, za odvod slane vode iz linije

WB-03-4”-C16, koja dolazi od postojećeg desalte-ra prema liniji sirove nafte za novi desalter;

• Priključak 4”, za dovod slane otpadne vode iz novog desaltera na čvorište-C, odnono na deo linije WB-03-4”-C16, koji odvodi otpadnu vodu sa desaltera;

• Veza između priključka na čvorištu C.

Kompanija Delta Inženjering je sve ugovorene poslove u celosti realizovala pre isteka rokova koji su bili pred-viđeni ugovorom, što se vidi iz priloženog zapisnika o ispunjenju svih ugovornih obaveza, kao i posebnog e-maila kojim se NIS-Sektor za organizaciju kapitalne izgradnje Bloka Prerada zahvaljuje našoj kompaniji za uspešnu i besprekornu saradnju na realizaciji ovog projekta.

Preparation of Connections (Conditions) for Installation of Additional Desalter on S-2100 in NIS Oil Refinery in Pančevo Oil Refinery Pančevo during 2014 started the project Installation of an additional level of desalter on the plant for atmospheric distil-lation of crude oil S-2100".

In order to provide conditions for works without suspen-sion of the plant for installation of an additional level of desalter, it was decided to take advantage of Septem-ber's stagnation in 2014 to prepare connections to exist-ing pipelines and execution of cable channels for laying low electrical power cord for feeding of a new level of desalter from TS N1, as well as the adaptation of the cartridge box in TS N1.

At open tender was called our company Delta Inženjer-ing and in tough competition was awarded with a contract for works on a turnkey base on setting up new connections to existing pipelines for the purpose of installing additional level of desalter.

The project on a turnkey base was included the follow-ing activities:

• Conceptual designs;• Main designs;• Technical control of main designs;• Welding technology study;• Procurement of equipment and materials;• Execution of the necessary connection to existing

piping and electrical installations which will provide installation of an additional degree of desalting without suspension of the plant S-2100, which includes performing mechanical-installa-tion works and electrical work;

• Testing of welded joints and submission of the examination report;

• Functional testing, trial operation and handover of works.

In the plant for atmospheric distillation of crude oil S-2100 there is now only one desalter FA-2151, whose role is purification of crude oil which is sent to atmos-pheric distillation.

Function of desalter in the process of distillation of oil is to remove impurities from the crude oil (dissolved salts, solids and water). After desalter crude oil is heated to the heat exchangers and furnaces BA-2101 and sent to a distillation column DA-2101. Before entering the desalter, crude oil is heated in heat exchangers with the products of distillation and mixed with water (5-7% vol).

In this way, the emulsion allows the dissolution of the salt from the crude oil in the water. The mixing process is supported by mix valve that provides a fluid mixing to the droplets and thus is formed an emulsion. In order to prevent the formation of a stable emulsion after mixing crude oil and water in the emulsion is added deemulgator.

In desalter emulsion is brought into a high-voltage electric field in the presence of which is carried out enlarging water drops that are, due to the difference of specific gravity oil and water, collected in the lower part of the desalter where the aqueous phase is set aside. At the very bottom of the desalter, due to deposition of various impurities from the crude oil, is formed sludge that is removed at periodic draining and cleaning of API separator.

Crude oil is heated before desalter by group of exchang-ers EA-2101-4 so that the temperature of the oil enter-ing the desalter is in the range 110-125°C. Higher temperatures lead to increased efficiency of desalting and dewatering or the inlet temperature cannot be influ-enced directly, but depends on the type of oil, the regime and the yield of products from which the oil is preheated in heat exchangers.

Based on the analysis of the existing drainage, desalter efficiency (82.8%) and desalting (69.95%) were unsatisfac-tory. Incorporating of one more desalter level should be achieved by desalting efficiency of 98%, which would salt content in crude oil led to a level below 1 PTB (~ 3 ppm).

The purpose of the design and construction of connec-tions to the existing pipelines of desalter is to provide the conditions for carrying out work without the suspension of the plant for installation of additional level of desalter or a new desalter. The connectors are located on three "hubs" that are on the existing pipeline of the existing desalter FA-2115.Hub A, located on the line PT-12-16 "-C30 contains:

• Connection 16 ", the drain of crude oil from the line PT-12-16"-C30, according to a new desalter, the first stage of desalting;

• Connection 16" to returning of desalted crude oil from the new deslter to the hub-A, or on the part of the line PT-12-16" -C30, leading to the current desalter, the second stage of desalting;

• The link between the connections on the hub-A.Hub B, located on the line PD-40-10"-C15 contains:

• Connection 10" drain fluid from the safety valve on the new deslter:

Hub C, located on the line WB-03-4"-C1-6 contains:• Connection 4" drain the salt water from the line

WB-03-4"-C1-6, which comes from existing desalter to the line of a new crude oil desalter;

• Connection 4" supply of salt wastewater from the new desalter to the hub-C, i.e. to the part of the line WB-03-4" -C1-6, which takes wastewater from desalter;

• The link between the connections on the hub C.

Studija uticaja objekta na životnu sredinu

Tokom 2013/14. godine Delta Inženjering je uradio Studiju o proceni uticaja objekta na životnu sredinu i sprovodio proceduru verifi-kacije studije kod javnosti i nadležnih institu-cija sve do dobijanja Rešenja o davanju sagla-snosti na Studiju o proceni uticaja na životnu sredinu.

Objekat za koji se radila Studija o proceni uticaja na životnu sredinu je izuzetno složen u tehničko-tehnološ-kom smislu i ispravnije je ovako kompleksan projekat nazivati na sledeći način: Postrojenje za proizvodnju i distribuciju demi vode i obradu kondenzata sa prate-ćim sistemima, a koje se sastoji od sledećih celina:

• Nova linija za proizvodnju demi-vode kapaciteta 200 m3/h; • Distribucija demi-vode ka postrojenju MHC sa podsistemima koji su podeljeni u dve nezavisne celine:

I deo: Obezbeđenje demi vode za nove potrošače izgradnjom novih rezervoarskih kapaciteta, zapremine 500 m3,II deo: Postrojenje za šaržnu neutralizaciju kiselo-baznih otpadnih voda, koje se produkuju u procesu proizvodnje demi-vode, kapaciteta 1600 m3 po jednoj šarži;

• Postrojenje za prihvat povratnog kondenzata; • Linija za poliranje kondenzata kapaciteta 280 m3/h.

Studija o proceni uticaja postrojenja za proizvodnju i distribuciju demi-vode i obradu kondenzata sa pratećim sistemima u bloku IX RNP, na katastarskoj parceli broj 3557, 3552 i 3547 KO Vojlovica, izrađena je na osnovu:

• Zahteva investitora;• Rešenja br. 130-501-1013-/2013-05 od 13.06.2013.

o određivanju obima i sadržaja Studije o proceni uticaja projekta na životnu sredinu, izdatog od strane Republike Srbije, Autonomne Pokrajine Vojvodine, Pokrajinskog sekretarijata za urbani-zam, graditeljstvo i zaštitu životne sredine;

• Zakona o proceni uticaja na životnu sredinu (Sl. glasnik RS br. 135/04 i 36/09);

• Pravilnika o sadržini Studije o proceni uticaja na životnu sredinu (Sl. glasnik RS br. 69/05).

Ova studija je urađena u skladu sa odredbama navede-nog zakona o proceni uticaja objekata, odnosno radova na životnu sredinu (Sl. glasnik Republike Srbije br. 135/04 i 36/09), a za potrebe izdavanja potrebnih dozvo-la i saglasnosti za navedeni objekat od strane nadlež-nih organa i institucija.

Studija o proceni uticaja na životnu sredinu jeste doku-ment kojim se analizira i ocenjuje kvalitet činilaca životne sredine i njihova osetljivost na određenom prostoru i međusobni uticaji postojećih i planiranih aktivnosti, predviđaju neposredni i posredni štetni uticaji projekta na činioce životne sredine, kao i mere i uslovi za sprečavanje, smanjenje i otklanjanje štetnih uticaja na životnu sredinu i zdravlje ljudi.

Studija o proceni uticaja objekta na životnu sredinu predstavlja u stvari proces identifikacije, procene i određivanja mogućeg uticaja na životnu sredinu, rada navedenog objekta. Takođe, ovom studijom se određuju mere za sprečavanje, smanjivanje i uklanjanje negativ-nih posledica koje ovaj objekat vrši na okolinu.

Cilj izrade studije je procena mogućeg uticaja navede-nog objekta na životnu sredinu i predlaganje mera za svođenje uticaja u granice prihvatljivosti.

Studija o proceni uticaja objekta na životnu sredinu predstavlja sastavni deo projektne dokumentacije, pa je tako treba shvatiti kao integralni deo planiranja aktivnosti.

Studija obuhvata projekciju mera zaštite životne sredi-ne, u fazi izgradnje objekta, u redovnom režimu rada objekta i u slučaju udesa.

Studija o proceni uticaja na životnu sredinu sadrži:• Opis makro i mikrolokacije projekta;• Opis projekta;• Identifikaciju izvora ugrožavanja životne sredine;• Procenu štetnih uticaja na životnu sredinu i njene činioce;• Predlog osnovnih mera i uslova za minimiziranje i smanjenje štetnih uticaja u granicama prihvatljivosti;• Program praćenja uticaja projekta na životnu sredinu – monitoring.

Studija o proceni uticaja objekta na životnu sredinu je nakon izrade bila stavljena na uvid zainteresovanoj javnosti, kao i kontroli i tehničkoj kritici Tehničke komi-sije za pregled studije, koju je formirao nadležni pokra-jinski sekretarijat.

Na kraju sprovedene zakonske procedure, koju je za račun nosioca projekta u celini realizovala kompanija Delta Inženjering, nosilac projekta NIS-Rafinerija nafte Pančevo (investitor) je od strane Pokrajinskog sekreta-rijata za urbanizam, graditeljstvo i zaštitu životne sredi-ne iz Novog Sada dobio Rešenje o davanju saglasnosti na Studiju o proceni uticaja na životnu sredinu br. 130-501-1916/2013-05 od 01.07.2014. godine.

Study on Environmental Impactof Facility During 2013/14 Delta Inženjering prepared a Study on Environmental Impact of Facility and executed a procedure of verification of study by the public and the authorities, until obtaining the decision on approval to the Study on Environmental Impact of Facility.

Facility for which are was done the Study on Environ-mental Impact of Facility is extremely complex in technological terms and is more correct to call such a complex project as follows: Plant for the production and distribution of demi water and condensate treatment with supporting systems, which is consisted of the following units:

• New line for production of demi-water with capacity of 200 m3/h,• Distribution of demi-water to MHC plant with subsystems that are divided into two independ ent parts:

Part I: Provide demi water for new consumers by constructing the new storage facilities, volume of 500 m3,

Part II: Plant for batch neutralization of acid-base wastewater, which is produced in the process of demi water obtaining, capacity of 1600 m3 per batch,

• Plant for the reception of returned condensate,• Line for condensate polishing, capacity of 280 m3/h.

Environmental Impact Assessment Study Study (EIA) of the plant for production and distribution of demi water and condensate treatment with supporting systems in block IX Oil Refinery Pančevo, the cadastral parcel number 3557, 3552 and 3547, the cadastar municipality Vojlovica, was made on the basis of:

• Requirements of the Client;• Decision No. 130-501-1013-/2013-05

from13.06.2013 on determining the scope and content of the Environmental Impact Assess-ment Study of project on the environment, issued by the Republic of Serbia, the Autono-mous Province of Vojvodina, the Provincial Secretariat for Urban Planning, Construction and Environmental Protection;

• Law on Environmental Impact Assessment (Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia no. 135/04 and 36/09);

• Rules on the contents of the of the Environmen-tal Impact Assessment Study (Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia no. 69/05).

This study was conducted in accordance with the provi-sions of that Act on impact assestment of facilities, i.e. works on the environment (Off. Gazette of the Republic of Serbia no. 135/04 and 36/09), and for the purpose of issuing the necessary permits and approvals for the proposed structure by the competent authorities and institutions.

An Environmental Impact Assessment Study is a docu-ment that analyzes and evaluates the quality of environmental factors and their sensitivity to a particu-lar space and mutual impacts of existing and planned activities, provide for the direct and indirect adverse impacts of the project on environmental factors, as well as the measures and conditions for the prevention, reduction and elimination of harmful impacts on the environment and human health.

Study on Environmental Impact of Facility is in fact a process of identification, assessment and determina-tion of the possible impact on the environment, opera-tion of said object. Also, the study defines measures to prevent, reduce and eliminate the negative conse-quences that this facility is done to the environment.

The aim of the study was to evaluate the possible impact of the building in the environment and propose measures for reducing the impact of the limits of acceptability.

Study on Environmental Impact of Facility is an integral part of project documentation, and so should be seen as an integral part of planning activities.

The study includes the projection of environmental protection measures during the construction of the facility, in the normal operation of the facility and in case of an accident.

A study on the assessment of environmental impact includes:

• Description of macro and micro location of the project;

• Description of the project;• Identification sources of threats to the environment;• Assessment of harmful effects on the environ-

ment and its factors;• Proposed basic measures and conditions to

minimize and reduce the harmful effects within the limits of acceptability;

• The program of monitoring the impact of the project on the environment - monitoring.

Study on Environmental Impact of Facility after the preparation was put for review to the interested public, as well as control and technical criticism of the Techni-cal Commission for the Review of the Study, which was established by the competent Provincial Body.

At the end of the legal procedure conducted, which is performed for the account of the developer in its entirety by the company Delta Inženjering, the General Contrac-tor NIS Oil Refinery Pančevo (Investor) received from the Provincial Secretariat for Urban Planning, Construction and Environmental Protection, Novi Sad, Decision on approval to the Environmental Impact Assessment Study no. 130-501-1916 / 2013-05 of 01.07.2014.

• Veza između priključka na čvorištu C.

Rušenje i uklanjanje postojećih postrojenja u RNS za potrebe izgradnje postrojenja za proizvodnju baznih ulja

Delta Inženjering je u maju i junu 2014. godine, u sklopu konzorcijalnog ugovora sa izvođačem građevinskih radova Elita Cop iz Beograda i podizvođačima - članicama Delta grupe: Alfa mont i Ferkom futura, izveo ugovorene elektro, instrumentalne, mašin-ske i građevinske radove na rušenju i ukla-njanju postojećih postrojenja u Rafineriji Novi Sad za potrebe izgradnje postrojenja za proizvodnju baznih ulja.

Izvršeno je rušenje postojećih postrojenja sa pripadaju-ćim cevovodima i ostalim instalacijama i uklanjanje sa trenutne lokacije radi obezbeđenja slobodnog prostora za izgradnju novih postrojenja u sklopu projekta za izgradnju postrojenja za proizvodnju baznih ulja u RNS.

Takođe je izvršeno sortiranje otpada po vrstama i transport do lokacija za privremeni smeštaj otpadnih materija u krugu RNS uz poštovanje svih procedura zaštite životne sredine i bezbednosti zdravlja na radu i to:

• 6.800 tona betona, • 1.107 tona metalnog otpada, • 30 tona staklene vune, • 25 tona aluminijuma, • 22 tone bakarnih kablova,• 22 tone pocinkovanog lima,• 5 tona poliestera,• 5 tona raznog elektrootpada (elektromotori i sl),• 7 tona raznog drugog materijala.

Demontirana su i uklonjena sledeća postrojenja:• U-503 Kisela rafinacija bledih ulja• U-504 Kisela rafinacija transformatorskih ulja• U-505 Perkolacija• Postrojenje

Postrojenja U-503/504 Tretman kiselinom (kisela rafina-cija) i U-505 Perkolacija obezbeđivala su obradu vakuum destilata u cilju poboljšanja njihovih osobina kako bi bili upotrebljivi za izradu smeše ulja za podmazivanje i transformatore.

Postrojenje U-503 Tretman kiselinom (kisela rafinacija) bledih ulja je bilo projektovano da pomoću sumporne kiseline izdvoji neželjene komponente kako bi se dobilo bistro stabilno bazno ulje za pravljenje smeše (blending) maziva.

Postrojenje U-504 Tretman kiselinom ulja za transfor-matore je bilo projektovano za tretman transformator-skog ulja pomoću sumporne kiseline radi proizvodnje ulja za transformatore.

Postrojenje Gudron je bilo projektovano za obradu kiselinskog otpadnog mulja (gudron) sa postrojenja za tretman kiselinom U-503/504.

Postrojenje Perkolacija U-505 je bilo projektovano za filtriranje ulja sa postrojenja za tretman kiselinom U-503/504 preko boksita.

Ova postrojenja nisu radila više od deset godina i nisu bila u funkcionalnom stanju. Postrojenja su pre demontaže bila ispražnjena i proparena - spremna za demontažu.

Demolition and Removal of Existing Plants in RNS for the Construction of Plant for the Production of Base Oils

In May and June 2014 Delta Inženjering, as part of consortium contract with the contrac-tor Elita Cop from Belgrade and subcontrac-tors - members of Delta Group: Alfa Mont and Fercom Futura, performed the contract-ed electrical, instrumentation, mechanical and construction works on the demolition and removal of existing plants in Oil Refinery Novi Sad for construction of base oil produc-tion plants.

Demolition of the existing plant with associated pipe-lines and other installations was executed as well as removal from its current location in order to provide free space for the construction of new plants within the project for construction of base oil production plants in RNS.

It is also implemented sorting of waste by type and transport to the location for the temporary storing of waste within RNS in compliance with all procedures of environmental protection and health and safety at work, as follows:

• 6,800 tons of concrete,• 1,107 tons of scrap metal,• 30 tons of glass wool,• 25 tons of aluminum,• 22 tons of copper cables,• 22 tons of galvanized steel,• 5 tons of polyester,• 5 tons of various electrical waste (electric motors, etc.),• 7 tons of other materials.

The following units were dismantled and removed:• U-503 Acid refining of pale oil• U-504 Acid refining of transformer oil• U-505 Percolation• Plant

The Acid Treatment Plant 503/504 (acid refining) and U-505 Percolation are provided of processing vacuum distillate to improve their properties in order to be usable for the production of lubricating oil and trans-formers.

The Acid Treatment Plant U-503 (acid refining) of pale oil was designed that by using sulfuric acid extracts unwanted components in order to give a clear, stable base oil for blending lubricants.

The Acid Treatment Plant U-504 of oils for transform-ers was designed for treatment of transformer oil using sulfuric acid to produce oil for transformers.

The Gudron Plant was designed for treatment of the acid sludge (tar) from the Acid Treatment Plant U-503 / 504.

Percolation Plant U-505 was designed for filtering oil from the Acid Treatment Plant U-503/504 through bauxite.

These plants have not been working more than ten years and were not in working order. Before disman-tling the plants were discharged and steamed - ready for dismantling.

TRANSNAFTAZa potrebe investitora, kompanije Transnafta, Delta Inženjering izrađuje tehnoekonomsku analizu zamene dela magistralnih cevovoda u skladištu nafte Ledinci.

For the client Transnafta, Delta Inženjering prepares technical and economic analysis of replacing part of a main pipeline in the warehouse Ledinci.

Magistralni cevovodi povezuju manipulativni deo skladišta (MGO zonu) na obali Dunava sa podzemnom rezervoarskom grupom (RGO zona) na padinama iznad MGO zone.

Cilj tehnoekonomske analize je razmotriti zamenu postojećih nadzemnih čelilčnih cevovoda u tunelskom prostoru RGO zone novim cevovodima istih ili većih prečnika, izrađenih takođe od čelika ili od kompozitnog materijala fiberglas ili od polietilena PE100.

Postojeći cevovodi su u lošem stanju usled nekorišće-nja i izloženosti izuzetno agresivnim uslovima sredine u kojoj se nalaze (tunelski prostor sa stalnim prisustvom vlage i vode, što je dovelo do značajne spoljašnje koro-zije cevovoda, kao i značajne korodiranosti unutrašnjih površina cevovoda usled nekorišćenja).

Zahtev investitora je da se omogući gravitaciono pražnjenje rezervoara, uz obezbeđenje određenog protoka, pri čemu treba izbeći pojavu vakuuma u cevo-vodu, kao i pojavu hidrauličkog udara na kraju cevovoda u MGO zoni.

Nakon izrade tehnoekonomske analize i njenog razma-tranja od strane investitora, uradiće se glavni projekti za rešenje koje investitor bude smatrao najpovoljnijim.

Main pipelines connect the manipulative part of the warehouse (MGO zone) on the banks of the Danube river with underground reservoir group (RGO zone) on the slopes above MGO zone.

The aim of technical and economic analysis is to consid-er the replacement of existing overhead steel pipelines in the tunnel area of RGO zone with new pipelines of same or larger diameter, also made of steel or compos-ite fiberglass or polyethylene PE100.

Existing pipelines are in poor condition due to inactivity and exposure to extremely aggressive environment in which they are located (the tunnel area with the constant presence of moisture and water, which led to significant external corrosion of pipeline, significant corrosion of internal surfaces of pipeline due to inactivity).

The client requested to be allowed gravity draining of the reservoir, with ensuring of a certain flow, but should be avoided the occurrence of a vacuum in the pipeline, as well as the occurrence of water hammer at the end of pipeline in MGO zone.

After creating the technical and economic analysis and its consideration by the client will be prepared main designs for the solution which the client considered the best.

Skladište za šest i po hiljada bačviThe storage yard for six thousandand five hundred barrels

Adaptirano je skladište za šest i po hiljada bačvi i dobije-na je neophodna dokumentacija za upotrebnu dozvolu.

Potpisan je ugovor za projektovanje i izvođenje interne saobraćajnice sa parking mestima (5 000 m2).

Završena je adaptacija i rekonstrukcija uređaja za preči-šćavanje zauljenih otpadnih voda:

• sanacija uređaja za prečišćavanje zauljenih atmos ferskih voda• sanacija postrojenja za prečišćavanje tehnoloških otpadnih voda• sanacija postrojenja za neutralizaciju kiselo-baznih otpadnih voda iz HPV-a (hemijske pripreme vode)

Opremu pod pritiskom u istoimenom pogonu čine: 66 posuda, pripadajući cevovodi, zaporna i sigurnosna armatura, regulaciona i merna oprema.

RAFINERIJA NAFTE BEOGRAD

Delta Inženjering je potpisao nekoliko ugovoraza adaptaciju, rekonstrukciju i kontrolu objekata u Rafineriji nafte Beograd.

The storage yard for six thousand and five hundred barrels has been re-designed and all relevant approvals for obtaining the use permit have been obtained.

The contract for designing and construction of inter-nal road including parking lots (5,000 sq. m.) has been signed.

The re-designing and reconstruction of the oily wastewater treatment plant have been completed.

AERODROM NIKOLA TESLA BEOGRADI DELTA INŽENJERING Delta Inženjering je sklopio ugovor sa aerodromom Nikola Tesla u Beogradu o izradi projektne dokumentacije za legalizaciju postroje-nja za skladištenje i pretakanje avionskih goriva, eurodizela i bezo-lovnog motornog benzina, sa osam nadzemnih i jednim podzemnim rezervoarom ukupne zapremine 990,5 m3.

Za potrebe investitora Lukoil Srbija bilo je potrebno izraditi projektnu doku-mentaciju za rečno pretakalište naftnih derivata - pristanište na reci Savi, namenjenog za pretakanje iz plovila u skladišne rezervoare u skladišnom kom-pleksu Lukoil–a, postrojenja za uskladištavanje naftnih derivata u Ostružnici.

Skladište naftnih derivata sa pretakalištem se nalazi na 17. km reke Save, na njenoj desnoj obali, u Ostružnici, u neposrednoj blizini starog puta za Obreno-vac. U tu svrhu je iskorišćen bivši teretnjak za tečni teret i priveden nameni za potrebe pristajanja brodova i vršenje pretovara zapaljivih tečnosti.

LUKOIL SERBIAFor the needs the client Lukoil Serbia it was necessary to prepare project documentation for river decanting facility for petroleum products - port on the Sava river, intended for decanting from vessels in storage tanks in Lukoil storage complex, plant for storing petroleum products in Ostružnica.

Petroleum product warehouse with decanting facility is located at the 17th km of the Sava river, on its right bank, in Ostružnica, near the old road to Obreno-vac. For this purpose, a former freighter has been used for liquid cargo and for the purpose of ship berthing and reloading of flammable liquids.

LUKOIL SRBIJA

AIRPORT NIKOLA TESLA IN BELGRADE AND DELTA INŽENJERINGDelta Inženjering has signed a contract with the airport Nikola Tesla in Belgrade on preparation of project documentation for the legalization of plant for storage and decanting of aircraft fuel euro diesel and unleaded gasoline, with eight above-ground tanks and one underground tank with total volume of 990.5 m3.

NATURAL GASNatural gas is natural gaseous fossil fuel with high methane content. It is regularly present in oil deposits (gas cap above the bearing).

Crude oil on the output from the wells contains a gase-ous phase in the isolated or in dissolved form. This gas after bringing to the surface separates from the oil in separators, and cleans from impurities (water, petrole-um residues and mechanical impurities) at the site, in order to be brought to the limits of prescribed quality and then to be transported by large-diameter pipelines to end users. In addition to methane, natural gas that accompanies oil deposits contains certain quantities of ethane, propane and butane and is also called wet (or rich) natural gas.

Natural gas also occurs in special reservoirs where there is no oil. There is present so-called dry (or poor) natural gas which consists mainly from methane and contains propane and butane.

The use of natural gas can be divided into its use as a fuel (for heating in industry and in households or start-ing the internal combustion engine) and in chemical industry (production of hydrogen in industry of nitrogen fertilizers, methanol, ethylene, propane, butane, etc).

LIQUEFIED PETROLEUM GASLiquefied petroleum gas LPG (LPG) is a mixture of hydrocarbon gases that under special condi-tions of temperature and pressure can be con-verted into a liquid state previously called propane-butane, which is used in industry as cheaper or reserve fuel, as fuel for motor vehi-cles and as an energy source in households.

LPG is obtained by liquefaction of gas mixture obtained by separation from refinery gases obtained by the processing of oil, or processing of natural gas fuels in the process of degasification.

LPG is a colorless, flammable and explosive gas with a characteristic odor. Since it is heavier than air, stays at the lowest place on the premises in the event of leakage from the installation, which is why it is essential to ensure good natural ventilation.

At manufacturer it is stored in overhead spherical and cylindrical tanks in liquid form, at distributors and industrial consumers in overhead cylindrical, rarely spherical tanks and on auto gas stations in underground reservoirs.

In the industry liquefied petroleum gas is converted in the vaporizing cells in the gaseous state, reduced to the desired pressure and by pipelines distributed to the consumers. Due to the high calorific value is often used as a mixed gas replacing natural gas.

In recent years, a lot is invested in the use of liquefied petroleum gas. Delta Inženjering has designed and built a lot of warehouses, truck and rail loading racks, bottling plant and storage tanks, stations for supplying motor vehicles and installations of liquefied petroleum gas for technological needs of the industry.

PRIRODNI (ZEMNI) GASPrirodni ili zemni gas je prirodno gasovito fosilno gorivo sa visokim sadržajem metana. Redovno je prisutan u nalazištima nafte (gasna kapa iznad ležišta).

Sirova nafta na izlazu iz bušotine sadrži gasovitu fazu u izdvojenom ili u rastvorenom obliku. Ovaj se gas nakon dovođenja na površinu odvaja od nafte u separatorima i čisti od primesa (vode, ostataka nafte, mehaničkih nečistoća) još na samom nalazištu da bi se doveo u granice propisanog kvaliteta i potom transportovao gasovodima velikih prečnika do krajnjih korisnika. Pored metana, prirodni gas koji prati nalazišta nafte sadrži i izvesnu količinu etana, propana i butana i još se naziva i vlažni (ili bogati) zemni gas.

Prirodni gas se javlja i u posebnim ležištima gde nema nafte. Tu je prisutan tzv. suvi (ili siromašni) zemni gas, koji se pretežno sastoji od metana i ne sadrži propan i butan.

Upotreba prirodnog gasa se može podeliti na njegovu upotrebu kao goriva (za grejanje u industriji i u doma-ćinstvima ili pokretanje motora sa unutrašnjim sago-revanjem) i u hemijskoj industriji (proizvodnja vodonika u industriji azotnih djubriva, metanola, etilena, propa-na, butena, itd).

TEČNI NAFTNI GASTečni naftni gas TNG (LPG) je smeša ugljovo-doničnih gasova koja se pod specijalnim uslovi-ma temperature i pritiska može pretvoriti u tečno stanje, ranije nazivana propan-butan, koji se koristi u industriji kao jeftinije ili rezer-vno gorivo, kao gorivo za motorna vozila i kao energent u domaćinstvima.

TNG se dobija utečnjavanjem smeše gasova dobijene izdvajanjem iz rafinerijskih gasova nastalih preradom nafte, odnosno dobijenih preradom prirodnih gasovitih goriva u postupku degazolinaže.

TNG je bezbojan, zapaljiv i eksplozivan gas, karakteris-tičnog mirisa. Pošto je teži od vazduha, zadržava se na najnižim mestima u prostorijama u slučaju isticanja iz instalacija, zbog čega je neophodno obezbediti dobru prirodnu ventilaciju.

Kod proizvođača se skladišti u nadzemnim sfernim i cilindričnim rezervoarima u tečnom stanju, kod distributera i industrijskih potrošača u nadzemnim cilindričnim, redje sfernim rezervoarima a na auto-gasnim stanicama u podzemnim rezervoarima.

U industriji se tečni naftni gas u isparivačkim stanica-ma provodi u gasno stanje, redukuje na željeni pritisak i cevovodima vodi do potrošača. Zbog velike kalorične moći često se koristi i kao mešani gas kao zamena prirodnom gasu.

Proteklih godina dosta se investiralo u primenu tečnog naftnog gasa. Delta Inženjering je projektovao i izgra-dio više skladišta, auto i vagon pretakališta, punionica i skladišta boca, stanica za snabdevanje motornih vozila i instalacija tečnog naftnog gasa za tehnološke potrebe u industriji.

TECHNICAL GASESThe process of decomposition of atmospheric air into its main components of oxygen, nitro-gen and argon can be accomplished in several ways, from which are required high purity of products and high production capacity.

Mostly used is process of decomposition of the air at extremely low temperatures. By this process of air decomposition are created commercial products in liquid and gaseous state, which are then stored and delivered for various purposes:- Nitrogen (N2);- Oxygen (O2);- Argon (Ar).

In addition to these technical gases there are other technical gases:- Acetylene;- Carbon dioxide and others.

TEHNIČKI GASOVI Proces razlaganja atmosferskog vazduha na njegove osnovne komponente kiseonik, azot i argon može se ostvariti na više načina, od kojih se zahteva visoka čistoća produkata i visok kapacitet proizvodnje.

Najviše se upotrebljava proces razlaganja vazduha na ekstremno niskim temperaturama. Ovim procesom razlaganja vaduha nastaju komercijalni proizvodi u tečnom i gasovitom stanju, koji se zatim skladište i distibuiraju za razne namene:- Azot (N2);- Kiseonik (O2);- Argon (Ar).

Pored ovih tehničkih gasova postoje i drugi tehnički gasovi:- Acetilen;- Ugljen-dioksid i dr.

RASHLADNI FLUIDIProces hlađenja je postao deo svakodnevnog života. Namirnice se obavezno hlade, zamrza-vaju, skladište, transportuju i izlažu u rashlad-nim uređajima koji koriste rashladni fluid/gas. Hlađenje je ključna komponenta mnogih industrijskih procesa, kao što je proizvodnja farmaceutskih proizvoda i hemijskih proizvoda.

U prethodnom periodu najčešće su se upotrebljavali freoni i amonijak u rashladnoj tehnici, a ređe ugljen-diok-sid, izobutan i propan.

Ekološki problemi koji se odnose na uništavanje ozon-skog omotača i globalno zagrevanje doveli su do zakono-davne kontrole u ovoj oblasti i razvoja novih generacija fluorovodoničnih rashladnih fluida, poznatih kao hidro-hlorofluorougljenici (HCFC), hidrofluorougljenici (HFC) i hidrofluoroolefini (HFO).

Rashladno sredstvo HFO, zbog svojih svojstava koja smanjuju uticaj na životnu sredinu (GWP = 4), koristiće se ubuduće u auto-klimama umesto freona.

In the past, in refrigeration technic most often were used Freon and ammonia and less carbon dioxide, isobutene and propane.

Environmental problems related to the destruction of the ozone layer and global warming have led to legis-lative control in this area and the development of new generations hydrofluoric refrigerants, known as hydro chlorofluorocarbons (HCFCs), hydro fluorocarbons (HFC) and hydro fluoro olefins (HFO).

U periodu od 25 godina uspešnog rada Delta Inženjering je za najveće investitore, dobav-ljače, distributere i potrošače prirodnog gasa radio kompletnu tehničku dokumentaciju gasovoda, glavnih mernoregulacionih stani-ca, razvodnih gasovoda do industrijskih potrošača, distributivnih gasovodnih mreža za široku potrošnju, gasnih instalacija za potrebe tehnoloških procesa, gasno rezanje, infracrveno grejanje i gasifikaciju kotlarnica. U poslednje vreme urađeno je nekoliko bušotinskih gasovoda do sabirno otpremnih stanica za NIS Naftagas.

During 25 years of successful work Delta Inženjering for the biggest investors, suppli-ers, distributors and consumers of LPG has prepared complete technical documentation of the pipelines, the main MRS, distribution pipelines to the industrial consumers, distri-bution pipeline network for broad consump-tion, gas installations for the purpose of tech-nological process, gas cutting equipment, infrared heating and gasification boiler rooms. Lately there have been constructed a couple of borehole gas pipelines near the storage stations for NIS Naftagas.

Delta Inženjering has performed for the client Srbijagas in the underground gas storage in Banatski Dvor construction works, power supply and installation of measuring and con-trol equipment for the construction of a new plant – line for gas production.

In terms of construction, we constructed the new facilities:• Primary facilities of plant for storage of mechanical and electrical equipment,• Foundations of separate mechanical equipment,• Facilities for connection the existing and new plants,• Infrastructure facilities - installations, hydro and construction facilities and civil engineering facilities.

In terms of measurement and regulation of a new part of the facility is applied the technical solution which, with the use of modern measuring and control equip-ment and techniques, enables remote monitoring and management of the process for removing liquid from gas in the mode of production. Also were implemented the necessary expansions of the system for monitoring and managing the entire production line, both in control and supervisory level.

Delta Inženjering je za naručioca Srbijagas u podzemnom skladi-štu gasa u Banatskom Dvoru izvodio građevinske radove, elektro-energetsko napajanje i instaliranje merno-regulacione opreme na izgradnji novog postrojenja - linije za proizvodnju gasa.

U građevinskom smislu, izvršena je izrada novih objekata:• Primarni objekti postrojenja za smeštaj mašinske i elektroopreme;• Temelji zasebne mašinske opreme;• Objekti za potrebe povezivanja postojećeg i novog postrojenja;• Infrastrukturni objekti – instalacije, hidrograđevinski objekti i objekti niskogradnje.

U smislu merenja i regulacije novog dela postrojenja, primenjeno je tehničko rešenje koje, uz primenu savremene merno-regulacione opreme i tehnike, omo-gućava daljinski nadzor i upravljanje procesom odstranjivanja tečnosti iz gasa u režimu proizvodnje. Takođe su implementirana potrebna proširenja sistema za nadzor i upravljanje za celu liniju proizvodnje, kako na upravljačkom tako i na nadzornom nivou.

Oil Refinery Pančevo (LPG)The modernization of nonprocedural plants in the project Adaptation of LPG will be carried out by introducing a new measurement tech-nology during delivery and dispatch at the car and railway decanting of LPG, given that the existing decanting (car and railway) does not provide the required efficiency, accuracy and security in accordance with applicable laws, rules and technical regulations for the pro-tection of the environment.The aim and purpose of this project is an integrated, modern, reliable, environmentally friendly, accurate and centralized management and control of installati-ons at the decanting of LPG in NIS-RNP, with the appli-cation of metrological conditions and regulations of the Republic of Serbia for accounting measurement.

Execution of works has been entrusted exclusivly to the members of Delta Group.

On 25.10.2011 Delta Inženjering and Petroleum Indu-stry of Serbia signed the contract for engineering services, procurement of equipment and materials, providing of engineering and other services and works on a turnkey base for the project Adaptation of Installa-tion for Loading and Unloading of LPG in Oil Refinery Pančevo. The contracted work is seen as a very com-plex and demanding as until now in our contry and abroad similar work has not been realized.

Obligation of Delta Inženjering was:• Develop detailed designs for the civil works, mecha-

nical works, electrical works, instrumental works and works on gas and fire detection;

• Execute the purchase of necessary equipment and materials to perform the contracted work;

• Perform all necessary works.

TEČNI NAFTNI GAS

Rafinerija nafte Pančevo (TNG)U okviru projekta adaptacije pretakališta TNG-a (tečni naftni gas) realizovaće se mo-dernizacija vanprocesnih postrojenja uvođe-njem nove tehnologije merenja pri dopremi i otpremi na auto i železničkom pretakalištu TNG‐a, s obzirom na to da postojeće auto i železničko pretakalište ne pruža potrebnu efikasnost, tačnost i sigurnost u skladu sa važećim zakonima, tehničkim propisima i propisima za zaštitu životne sredine.

Cilj i svrha ovog projekta je integrisano, moderno, pouzdano, ekološki prihvatljivo, precizno i centralizova-no upravljanje i nadzor nad instalacijama na pretakali-štu TNG‐a u NIS‐RNP, uz primenu metroloških uslova i propisa Republike Srbije za obračunsko merenje.

Delta Inženjering i Naftna industrija Srbije su 25. 10. 2011. godine potpisali ugovor o inženjering uslugama, nabavci opreme i materijala, pružanju projektantskih i drugih usluga i izvođenju radova po principu „ključ u ruke“ – za realizaciju projekta Adaptacija instalacije za utovar i istovar TNG-a u Rafineriji nafte Pančevo. Ugovo-reni posao je ocenjen kao veoma složen i zahtevan jer do sada u našoj zemlji i okruženju sličan nije realizovan.

Obaveza Delta Inženjeringa je bila:• Izraditi izvođačke projekte za građevinske radove,

mašinske radove, elektroradove, instrumentalne radove i radove na detekciji gasova i požara;

• Izvršiti nabavku potrebne opreme i materijala za izvođenje ugovorenih radova;

• Izvesti sve potrebne radove.

Nabavka opreme i izvođenje instalacije tečnog naftnog gasaDelta Inženjering se projektovanjem, izvođenjem i kontrolom instalacija tečnog naftnog gasa za skladišta pretakališta, punionice boca i stanice autogasa bavi od 1990. godine za NIS Novi Sad, Eurogas Subotica, Ekspres gas Novi Sad, Atako Beograd, Sartid FPL Vučitrn, IMPA Šabac, JAFFA Crvenka i druge.

Izvođenje mašinskih instalacija tečnog naftnog gasa na novoj i savremenoj benzinskoj stanici Elektrošumadija u Kragujevcu je deo programa proširenja asortimana i modernizacije najveće mreže benzinskih stanica u Srbiji koje poseduje NIS u cilju dostizanja evropskog nivoa usluga.

Instalacija TNG se sastoji od autopretakališta, podzem-nog rezervoara od 30m3, pumpne stanice, cevovoda i distributivnog stuba za utakanje TNG–a u dva automo-bilska rezervoara istovremeno. Ugrađena oprema, sigurnosne, zaporne i merne armature su vrhunskog kvaliteta svetski priznatih proizvođača.

Izvršeno je ispitivanje razervoara i cevovoda na čvrstoću i nepropusnost, ispitivanje izolovanog rezervoara i podzemnih cevovoda na elektroprobojnost, radiografska kontrola 100 % zavarenih spojeva, baždarenje sigurnos-nih ventila i manometara, baždarenje rezervoara i baždarenje sprave za merenje količine istočenog TNG-a u automobilski rezervoar. Instalacija je izvedena kvalitet-no i bez mana koje bi se uočile u toku proteklog perioda eksploatacije.

Procurement of the equipment and construction of the LPG installationDelta Inženjering is engaged in design, execution and control of the liquefied petroleum gas installati-ons for decanting facilities storage, bottle filling stations and car gas since 1990 for NIS Novi Sad, Subotica Eurogas, Express Gas Novi Sad, Atako Belgrade, Sartid FPL Vučitrn, IMPA Šabac, JAFFA Crvenka and others.

Execution of mechanical installations for liquefied petroleum gas on the new and modern gas station Elektrošumadija in Kragujevac is part of the mod-ernization and assortment expansion of the largest largest network of gas stations in Serbia, which owns NIS in order to reach the European level of service.

Installation of LPG consists of decanting, under-ground tank of 30m3, pumping stations, pipelines and distribution pillars for pouring TNG two auto-mobile tanks simultaneously. Appliance, security, custodial and measuring fittings are top quality from world-renowned manufacturers.

The reservoirs and pipelines were examined for the strength and impermeability, testing of isolated reservoirs and underground pipelines for the dielectric strength, radiographic testing 100% of welded joints, calibration of safety valves and pres-sure gauges, calibration of tanks and calibration of devices for measuring the amount of discharded LPG in automobile tank. Installation is performed well and without flaws that could be detected in the course of the last period of exploitation.

Messer, BorNovo postrojenje za razlaganje vazduha ASU Bor 2 predstavlja posebnu proizvodnu celinu i sa postojećim postrojenjem ASU BOR 1 infra-stukturno je povezano internom saobraćajni-com, sistemom hidrantske mreže, kišnom i tehnološkom kanalizacijom i korišćenjem određenih skladišnih kapaciteta postojećeg postrojenja, čelične sfere za skladištenje tečnog kiseonika kapaciteta 500m3.

Novo postrojenje se izradjuje za potrebe snabdevanja nove topionice u RTB Bor tehničkim gasovima (O i N) koji se koriste za proces proizvodnje. Posao Delta Inženjeringa je izrada glavnih projekata (građevin-skog, mašinskog i elektro) za novo postrojenje ASU Bor 2. Nakon izrađenih glavnih projekata naredni korak je izgradnja sledećih objekata i čelične konstrukcije:

• Kompresorska hala za smeštaj opreme;• Pumpna stanica sa pratećim bazenom za hladnu

vodu;• Cevni mostovi za oslanjanje cevovoda i cevne

armature;• Izrada svih potrebnih temelja za potrebnu opremu;• Izrada prateće infrastukture za povezivanje

starog i novog postrojenja.

Nakon izvršenih građevinskih i elektroradova pristu-pa se mašinskim radovima koji se sastoje od:• Prefabrikacija i montaža cevnih linija na povezi-

vanju opreme novog sistema;• Montaža opreme koju isporučuje Messer Tehnogas;• Izrada čelične konstrukcije za nošenje cevovoda;• Izrada dokumentacije izvedenog stanja.

Sem navedenih radova, Delta Inženjering je u svojstvu odgovornog izvođača radova na izradi Cold Box-a.

The new air separation plant ASU Bor 2 presents a special production unit and with the existing plant ASU BOR 1 is infrastructural connected by internal road, system of hydrants, rainy and technological sewage and using of certain storage capacities of the existing plant, steel sphere for the storage of liquid oxygen capacity of 500m3.

The new plant is made for the purposes of the supply of new smelter in RTB Bor with technical gases (O and N) which is used for the production process. Business of Delta Inženjering is preparation of detailed main designs (constructional, mechanical and electrical) for a new plant ASU Bor 2. After prepared main designes next step is the construction of the following facilities and steel structures:• Compressor hall for equipment;• Pumping station with accompanying pool for cold

water;• Pipe bridges for reliance of pipelines and fittings;• Making all the necessary foundation for the

necessary equipment;• Production of the supporting infrastructure for

connecting the old and new system.

After the completion of construction and electrical works will start mechanical works consisting of:• Prefabrication and assembly of pipelines on

connecting the equipment to the new system;• The installation of equipment supplied by Messer

Tehnogas;• Production of steel structures for carrying

pipelines;• Preparation of as-built documentation.

Except these above mentioned works, Delta Inženjer-ing is acting as a responsible contractor for Cold Box.

TECHNICAL GASESManufacturers of technical gases deliver techni-cal gases in gaseous state, directly "on the pipe" and compressed in special bottles for technical gases or in liquid state by pouring into cryogenic tanks of consumers gasification cells.

The technical gases include oxygen, nitrogen, argon, carbon-dioxide, hydrogen, helium, nitrous oxide, acety-lene, internal welding gases, special gases, gases for medicinal use and a wide range of gas mixtures.

Some of the areas in which gases are used are: black and non-ferrous metallurgy (oxygen-enrichment in processes of melting in dome and shaft furnaces and electric arc furnaces for steel production); refining process (the introduction of oxygen in the production of lead in shaft or rotary furnaces, production of silicon and ferrosilicon); manufacture of glass; welding; ther-mal treatment; chemical industry; processing, recy-cling and disposal of waste; food industry; medicine and ecology.

Since its founding Delta Inženjering is focused on design and construction of industrial facilities in which are almost always used technical gases for technolog-ical purposes, instruments or testing laboratories. Except for the application of technical gases, we have constructed several factories for the production of technical gases (existence of the decomposition of air and plants for the production of acetylene).

TEHNIČKI GASOVI Proizvođači tehničkih gasova isporučuju teh-ničke gasove u gasovitom stanju, direktno „na cev“ i komprimovane u specijalnim bocama za tehničke gasove ili u tečnom stanju pretakanjem u kriogene rezervoare gasifikacionih stanica potrošača.

U tehničke gasove spadaju kiseonik, azot, argon, ugljen–dioksid, vodonik, helijum, azotsuboksid, aceti-len, interni gasovi za zavarivanje, specijalni gasovi, gasovi za medicinsku upotrebu i širok spektar gasnih smeša.

Neke od oblasti u kojima se gasovi primenjuju su: crna i obojena metalurgija (obogaćivanje vazduha kiseonikom u procesima topljenja u kupolnim i šaht-nim pećima i u elektrolučnim pećima za proizvodnju čelika); procesi rafinacije (uvođenje kiseonika u proizvodnji olova u šahtnim ili rotacionim pećima, proizvodnji silicijuma i ferosilicijuma); proizvodnja stakla; postupci zavarivanja; procesi termičke obrade; hemijska industrija; obrada, reciklaža i odlaganje otpada; industrija hrane; medicina i ekologija.

Delta Inženjering je od osnivanja orijentisan na projek-tovanje i izgradnju industrijskih objekata u kojima se gotovo uvek koriste tehnički gasovi za tehnološke potrebe, instrumente ili ispitne laboratorije. Osim za primenu tehničkih gasova, radili smo više fabrika za proizvodnju tehničkih gasova (postrojenja za razlaga-nje vazduha i postrojenja za proizvodnju acetilena).

Delta Inženjering je pouzdan i dugogodišnji partner velikih inostranih firmi u poslovima investicione izgradnje industrijskih objekata u Srbiji. Naša kuća već dugo godina uspešno sarađuje sa jednom od vodećih svetskih kom-panija u proizvodnji tehničkih gasova Messer Group iz Nemačke.Zahvaljujući iskustvu u oblasti gasne tehnike, kao i kvalitetu svojih kadrova, Delta Inženjering je prihvatila da za Messer Group izradi idejni projekat novog postro-jenja za razlaganje vazduha (ASU plant) u Katovicama u Republici Poljskoj.

Proizvodni kapacitet novog postrojenja iznosi 8000 m3/h kiseonika i 7000 m3/h azota u tečnoj fazi kao i prateće količine argona, takođe u tečnoj fazi. Projekat predstav-lja grinfild investiciju.

Proizvodni objekti obuhvataju kompresorsku zgradu površine 600 m2. Oprema u polju sadrži, pored ostalih, i opremu smeštenu u Hladni blok (Cold Box) koji pred-stavlja čeličnu konstrukciju visine 58 m.

Kako je postrojenje definisano za proizvodnju tehničkih i medicinskih gasova u tečnoj fazi, to je bilo potrebno postaviti veliki skladišni deo za kriogene rezervoare, u skladu sa EIGA propisima i SEVESO direktivom. Treba-lo je smestiti ih u vidu jedinstvene tankvane površine 1000 m2 u kojoj su smešteni rezervoari za tečan kiseo-nik (3000 m3), azot (2000m3) i manji rezervoari za argon i azot.

Stručnjaci Delta Inženjeringa su sa uspehom projekto-vali idejno rešenje nove fabrike, kao i idejna rešenja dispozicije i strukture svih objekata i njihovo fundira-nje. Pored toga, Delta Inženjering je izradio i 3D model novog postrojenja kako bi se lokalnim firmama u Poljskoj, a i drugim zainteresovanim stranama, realno prikazao izgled nove fabrike.

Delta Inženjering has been a reliable and long-term partner to large foreign companies in the projects of investment construction of industrial plants in Serbia. For many years our company has been successfully cooper-ated with Messer Group from Germany, one of the leading companies in production of technical gases. Thanks to the experience in the field of gas engineering as well as the quality of its personnel, Delta Inženjering has accepted to prepare for Messer Group a basic design of the new factory for air decomposition (ASU plant) in Katowice in the Republic of Poland.

The production capacity of the new plant amounts to 8,000 m3/h of oxygen and 7,000 m3/h of nitrogen in liquid phase as well as the accompanying quantities of argon, also in liquid phase. This project is a greenfield investment.

The production units include a compression building having the surface of 600 m2. The equipment in the field contains, among other things, the equipment placed in Cold Box, which is a steel structure in the height of 58 m.

Since this plant has been foreseen for the production of technical and medical gases in liquid phases, it is necessary to provide a large storage area for cryogen tanks, in accordance with EIGA Regulations and SEVESO Directives. It was necessary to place them within the uniformed tank with surface of 1,000 m2, which contains tanks for liquid oxygen (3,000 m3), nitrogen (2,000 m3) and a smaller tank for argon and nitrogen.

The experts of Delta Inženjering have successfully designed the preliminary solution of this new plant, as well as the conceptual designs of the lay-out and the structure of all units and their foundations. In addition, Delta Inženjering has also made a 3D model of the new plant in order to show in real the appearance of this new factory to the local companies in Poland and to the other interested parties.

Messer, UkrajinaNa osnovu pozitivnih iskustava u 2007. godini na projektu Postrojenja za razlaganje vazduha u Ribniku (Poljska), Messer Group iz Nemačke je početkom 2008. nastavio saradnju sa Delta Inženjeringom i poverio našoj kompaniji kom-pletno vođenje projekata Fabrike za razlaganje vazduha (ASU - Air Separation Unit) u Dnje-propetrovsku (Ukrajina).

Fabrika za razlaganje vazduha ASU Dnjepropetrovsk ima kapacitet proizvodnje 7.600 m3/h gasovitih i oko 5.000 m3/h tečnih tehničkih gasova.

Kako je u pitanju grinfild investicija, osim proizvodnog dela postrojenja bilo je neophodno izgraditi i svu prate-ću podzemnu i nadzemnu infrastrukturu, poslovne objekte, prateće radionice, saobraćajnice, trafostanicu, skladišne rezervoare itd.

Postrojenje se nalazi u neposrednoj blizini nove čeliča-ne firme Dnepro Steel, koja će biti i njihov najveći kupac tehničkih gasova.

Kao deo Messer Inženjeringa, Delta Inženjering je obavljao dužnosti direktora projekta, glavnog projek-tanta, poslove nabavke opreme i vođenja gradilišta.

Poslovi na projektovanju započeti su u februaru 2008. izradom i usaglašavanjem opšte dispozicije budućeg postrojenja, a nastavljeni izradom baznih projekata svih struka za dobijanje potrebnih građevinskih i ekoloških dozvola i pratećih saglasnosti.

U junu mesecu uspostavljena je kancelarija Delta Inženjeringa u Dnjepropetrovsku i izabrana je lokalna projektantska kuća za prilagođavanje naših projekata ukrajinskom zakonodavstvu.

Messer, Poljska Messer, PolandOn the grounds of the positive experiences at the project for Air Separation Plant Rybnik (Poland) in 2007, Messer Group from Ger-many elected Delta Inženjering to complete-ly manage the project of ASU - the Air Sepa-ration Unit in Dnepropetrovsk (Ukraine).ASU - the Air Separation Unit in Dnepropetrovsk has the production capacity of 7,600 m3/h of gas and 5,000 m3/h of liquid technical gases.

This is a Greenfield investment so it was necessary to construct, in addition to the production plant, all the accompanying underground and over ground infra-structure, business buildings, accompanying work-shops, roads, transformer station, storage tanks, etc. The plant is in the immediate vicinity of the new steel-works of Dnepro Steel Company, which is going to be its biggest purchaser of technical gases (oxygen, nitro-gen and argon).

As a part of Messer Inženjering, Delta Inženjering has performed the duties of the project manager, the main designer, purchase of equipment and site management. The designing activities started in February 2008 by the preparation and harmonization of the general lay-out of the future plant and continued with the preparation of basic designs of all branches necessary to obtain construction and ecological permits and relevant approv-als. In June 2008 an office of Delta Inženjering was opened in Dnepropetrovsk and a local designing compa-ny was selected to adjust our designs with the Ukraine legislation.

Warehousing and Distributionof HFODuring 2014 Delta Inženjering prepared designs and constructed the plant for stor-age and distribution of refrigerant HFO in the car factory FAS in Kragujevac.

Since HFO is stored under pressure, as a two-phase fluid, and it is also flammable, design, construction and commissioning of the plant represented a challenge. All the more as this plant, which was built in Kragujevac, is one of only a dozen similar plants in Europe, because it is a relatively new fluid.

The refrigerant HFO (i.e. R1234yf) will in the near future replace Freon R134a, which is commonly used in car air-conditioners. HFO advantage over previously used Freon is very low index of impact on global warm-ing (Global Warming Potential), which makes it environmentally friendly substitute for existing Freon.

FIAT was one of the first manufacturers to accept HFO as a coolant for their cars. The plant consists of decanting facilities, storage tanks, pneumatic pumps (Haskell), double wall pipeline (Brugge) for fluid trans-port with leak detection, fittings (VALBIA), measuring devices (ENDRESS & HAUSER, VEEDER & Root), man-agement systems (Siemens), system for gas detection (Honeywell) and other auxiliary systems.

RASHLADNI FLUIDI

Skladištenje i distribucija HFODelta Inženjering je u toku 2014. godine uradio projekte i izveo postrojenje za skladištenje i distribuciju rashladnog sredstva HFO u fabrici automobila FAS u Kragujevcu.S obzirom na to da se HFO skladišti pod pritiskom, kao dvofazni fluid, a uz to je i zapaljiv, projektovanje, izgradnja i puštanje u rad postrojenja su predstavljali izazov. Tim pre što je ovo postrojenje, koje je izgrađeno u Kragujevcu, jedno od samo desetak sličnih postroje-nja u Evropi, jer je u pitanju relativno nov fluid.

Naime, rashladno sredstvo HFO (odnosno r1234yf) će u skorijoj budućnosti zameniti freon R134a, koji se uobi-čajeno koristi u klima-uređajima automobila. Prednost HFO nad ranije korišćenim freonima je veoma mali indeks uticaja na globalno zagrevanje (global warming potential), što ga čini ekološki prihvatljivom zamenom za postojeće freone.

FIAT je jedan od prvih proizvođača automobila koji je prihvatio HFO kao rashladno sredstvo za svoje auto-mobile. Postrojenje se sastoji od pretakališta, skla-dišnog rezervoara, pneumatskih pumpi (HASKEL), duplozidnih cevovoda (BRUGG) za transport fluida sa detekcijom curenja, armature (VALBIA), mernih uređaja (ENDRESS&HAUSER, VEEDER&ROOT), sistema za upravljanje (SIEMENS), sistema detekci-je gasa (HONEYWELL) i drugih pomoćnih sistema.
