Raffle Rules Bidding: -‐ Each participant may purchase an unlimited number of tickets. -‐ Raffle tickets can be ordered by mail (form must be submitted no later than Wednesday, Mar. 26th) or purchased at
the door on the night of Rafflepalooza. -‐Raffle tickets are designated in the following ways: $1 tickets = pink $5 tickets = yellow $10 tickets = blue 50/50 raffle tickets = green 5th grade raffle tickets = orange -‐ The raffle drawings will begin at 8:00pm. -‐ You may submit a ticket as often as you wish for as many items as you wish. -‐ Restrictions/exclusions/expiration dates, as known at the time of item donation, are noted in item descriptions. Winning: -‐ There will be only one winner drawn for each raffled item. -‐ The winner need not be present at the time of the drawing. -‐ The winner will have two weeks to claim his/her prize. Any prizes unclaimed after two weeks will be forfeited. -‐ Items not collected on the night of the raffle may be picked up at the Lincoln-‐Eliot School Main Office. Pick-‐up or delivery of items is the winner’s responsibility. -‐ Winners waive any claims of liability against Lincoln-‐Eliot School the Lincoln-‐Eliot PTO, the Lincoln-‐Eliot Auction Committee and/or the donor for any items purchased.

Auction Rules Bidding: -‐ You may bid as often as you wish on as many items as you wish. -‐ Each item has a starting minimum bid and a bid increment amount. Bids are in whole dollar amounts. Please observe these requirements. -‐ To bid, write down your Name in the designated space on the item-‐bidding sheet. -‐ Bids cannot be withdrawn once they are entered onto the bid sheet. -‐ To submit an increased bid, fill out the next appropriate line on the item bid sheet. -‐ Restrictions/exclusions/expiration dates, as known at the time of item donation, are noted in item descriptions. Winning: -‐ Auction bid sheets will be processed in stages: bidding will begin closing at 8:45pm -‐ Winning bidders and bids will be highlighted on each form soon after the close of bidding. -‐ To verify that you've won an item on which you've bid, please check the bidding sheets after the section has been processed. -‐ Collect bid sheets for any items that you've won, and go to the Check -‐ Out table to pay for and collect your item(s).
