owners a little over four years ago. Ive always
wanted to live in Radlett, its a lovely place with
a real villagey feel, and it has everything. We
have good schools, lovely shops, and the fact that
you can be in central London in around twenty
minutes is fantastic.

When we bought the property there was another house on the plot. We wanted to extend it, but the architect advised us to take it down and start again, so thats exactly what
we did. Weve built a lovely family home, and its exactly how we
envisioned it would be. Every room flows beautifully, and although
its extremely spacious it has a very comfortable feel throughout.

We have a lovely formal dining room and formal living room, both of which are places that we use for entertaining or when we want a little peace and
quiet. The open plan kitchen and breakfast room and adjoining snug are where we
all come together as a family.

The attention to detail throughout this stunning property is second to none, and this has been followed through to the beautifully landscaped and very spacious garden. We spend a great deal of time outside, particularly during the summertime, and the
garden really has proved to be a great size. Its large enough for the children to have a game of football, but its also very manageable.

so the garden really becomes an extension of the house when the weather is good.
