    Media archeology, it was thought by

    Siegfried Zienlinski, polish thinker who was

    rooted in Germany.

    Scans the text, visual and hearing media files,

    emphasizing discursive manifestations and

    culture.

    Sometimes Zienlinski calls it anarcheology

    trying to show how chaotic it is.

    show how Media archeology works;

    present a border between this theory and Media

    ecology;

    use as an object the media radio;

    propose reflections about the past of radio and

    the rescue of some practices, in this media, in anew way.

    Zielinsky says: DONT LOOK AFTER THE OLD IN THE NEW. FIND THE

    perception and comprehension of the society;

    Focus on media as environments or as contexts

    and the interrelations of communication media in

    a given context;

    Context alters the whole configuration of mediaand their interactions, and creates a new

    In the 1920s, the radio worked as an educative

    tool, but it was insipient.

    The stations financing were made by partners of asociety. The station are called Society Radios.

    The first man to organize it was Roquete Pinto.

    But the realhistory of radio in Brazil is the result

    of a populist president who:

    Saw in radio a political tool;

    Built a radio network giving concessions to many
