What is RADAR?

RADAR is a web based tool that provides Willis customers the ability to enter, store and access all of the critical information necessary to provide protection for your client shipments via a secure, personalized web site. It can create and automatically generate "Confirmation of Protection" documents online which are available for printing and subsequent use by whomever you designate.

Claims

RADAR contains a comprehensive "Claims Management Section" which enables the storage and viewing of all claims information relating to your account. You and your clients can view claims directly through RADAR and use the system to communicate with Willis on every aspect of claims management.

Shipments

RADAR has a customized shipment form where clients can access the site and report shipments 24/7. It is equipped with a currency converter so insured values may be reported in any currency. Rates are built into the system and premiums are generated immediately after shipments are booked.

Reporting Capabilities

RADAR is equipped with a back end reporting tool called Cognos which allows Willis to run reports on all facets of a shipment or claim. We also have the capability to run combined shipment/claims reports to produce accurate loss ratios so clients can determine areas for improvement in their processes.
