Coloring Pallet Racking Systems are subject to the highest standard of paint finish using the new pre- phosphate technology and phosphate drying ovens in RAL powder coating paint polymers. It has the most modern and advanced Powder Coating line, offering extremely good and tough paint finishing. Our advanced epoxy powder-coating line gives a glossy and hard finish to our Racking and Shelving products.

Process of painting

UPRIGHT with hexagon-shaped or water-drop holes at 50mm, 75mm and 76.2mm pitch is cold roll-formed into a C-section with returned flanges for exceptionally stronger frame load capacity. Seven Upright sections are available for different load capacities. They are: 80mm wide x 60mm deep x 1.5mm/1.8mm / 2.0mm / 2.3mm thick (without lip) 85mm wide x 67mm deep x 1.8mm / 2.0mm / 2.3mm thick (with lip) 90mm wide x 70mm deep x 1.8mm / 2.0mm / 2.3mm thick (with lip) 100mm wide x 67mm deep x 1.8mm / 2.0mm / 2.3mm/2.5mm thick (with lip) 100mm wide x 95mm deep x 2.0mm / 2.3mm/2.5mm/2.75mm thick (with lip) 120mm wide x 75mm deep x 2.0mm / 2.3mm/2.5mm/2.75mm thick. (with lip); and 120mm wide x 95mm deep x 2.3mm/2.5mm/2.75mm/3.0mm thick. BRACING is cold roll-formed into C-section profiles of: 35mm x 24mm x 1.35mm thick are bolted to the uprights in a warren-bracing pattern using M10 x 70 high tensile Grade 4.8 bolts and nuts for (80mm,85mm,90mm and 100mm profile), and 40mm x 34mm x 1.5mm thick are bolted to the uprights in a warren-bracing pattern using M10 x 95 high tensile Grade 4.8 bolts and nuts for (120mm profile). Depending on frame load requirements, KINGMORE has designed: Standard Duty 100 x 105 x 3mm Base Plates for lighter frame loads, and Heavy Duty 170 x 100 x 3mm Welded Base Plates for heavier frame loads. Frames are designed with a safety factor of 1:1.96for yield on all published frame loading figures.

Has specially designed the boxed beam sections with purpose curved lips to ensure the two sections are interlocked together as well as capable of taking maximum loads with minimum deflection. The boxed sections are welded at each end to a three/four hooks steel connector, thus giving a far more secured and stronger fitting on the uprights, adjustable at 50mm,75mm,76.2mm pitch levels. Special designed S-hook Safety Locks made of steel material complete the beam design to prevent accidental removal; this specially designed steel safety lock does not deform as easily as some other steel safety locks when pulled out for repositioning of beams. Various beam profiles are designed for different load requirements. What are the advantages of Drive-In Racking?Freezer or cold storage can be expensive therefore organizations will want to store as many products in as limited space as possible.If you have numerous pallets of a similar product, drive-in racking creates more efficient use of space in a warehouse instead of selective type racking where there are many aisles with spaces in between to account for access of a forklift.

What are the disadvantages of Drive-In Racking?For one, these racks are more open to misuse, so its important that the rack is strong and reliable in order to last.Second is the Last In First Out (LIFO) aspect of racking; where the last and newest/fresh product will replace the older products at the front of the racking row; therefore old products will not be used before new products are added.

Usually consist of upright, beam, shelves, deck, handrail and stair etc. Additional storage floors can be incorporated into the rack with walkways to allow pedestrian access for order picking.This maximizes all available headroom and is ideal for storing a wide variety of packaged goods for hand picking. It is the ideal solution for the utilization of warehouse's height and space.Also can accommodate sophisticated automated picking systems.
