ThedaybeginsTimberlineLodgeonMt.Hood,andtakesteamsonroadaroundthemountain,throughthepinesandovertherivers,uptotheCooperSpurResort,anddownthroughtheorchardstothenorthwithviewsofMt.Adams.RunnersfinishbywindingdowntheHistoricOldColumbiaRiverHighway,intodowntownHoodRivertoWaterfrontParkonthebanksofthemightyColumbiaRiver!

TeamsgetatouroftheWillametteValleyvineyards,WineEnthusiast’s2016wineregionoftheyear.ThecoursestartsinDundeeandwindsalongbeautifulvineyards,pastCenturyFarms,andtakesinthebreathtakingviewsofYamhillCounty.Mostoftheexchangesareatwineries,whichofferrunnerstastingsalongtheroute.Thecourse’s12legswillcoveraround50miles,andconcludewithawinetastingpartyatCarltonWinemakersStudio.

Thisistheonethatstarteditall.RunningthroughtheNationalScenicareaoftheColumbiaRiverGorge,theGorgeousRelayistrulyGorgeous.Experiencethegorgeasthecoursewindspastwaterfalls,creeksandforests.WithviewsoftheColumbiaGorge,theColumbiaandWillametteRiversandHistoricVistaHouseatCrownPoint,thiswillbethemostGorgeousrelayyou'veeverrun!
