    Bearfield Primary has both a mission and vision statement that waswritten with input from staff, parent team representatives, andthe school improvement team.

    The mission and vision are posted visibly in the school and on thewebsite.

    The mission and vision are not communicated to build stakeholderunderstanding and support.

    The mission and vision were written over a decade ago.

    The BPS staff doesnt see the mission and vision as a commondirection of growth/achievement.

    The mission and vision is mostly communicated by administration

    in relation to student growth and academic achievement.
