PREMIER LEAGUE OF REAL ESTATE DEVELOPERS BY STAR REALTY

AWARDS, THE PAN INDIAN AWARDS FOR REAL ESTATE BRANDS.

It gives us great pride in sharing with you that Runwal Group was selected among the leading Real

Estate brands in the country , in the research conducted by Planman Media and awarded as

“STAR REALTY – LORDS OF THE LAND” in the premier league of developers in the country.

The awardees were meticulously selected based on a survey of the ‘top 150 brands in the real estate

industry’, which was conducted by Planman Media in association with the Indian Council for Market

Research (ICMR). The perception-based survey covered parameters such as the brandequity of the

companies in terms of brand awareness, brand recall, brand preferences, reliability,perceived quality

and brand loyalty, across both residential and commercial segments.

The research was conducted amongst 5000 respondents across 10 cities in entire India. The

respondents were asked to rate the brands on parameters of Brand Perception, Project Portfolio,

Quality and Reliability.

The respondent samples included customers, corporate and real estate professionals.
