Christmas Service

This year Christmas Day falls on a Sunday. We will have one service at 10:30am in the Worship Center. We hope everyone will invite friends and family who are in town to join us. To celebrate the season, we have a special activity this year: we are asking every family to bring one (or more!) poinsettias on December 18, to morning worship. We will collect these on the stage at both services. Then on December 25, all attendees will be encouraged to take a poinsettia to their neighbors with a special Christmas greeting from the church after services as a sign of goodwill and to share our joy in the true reason for every season — Jesus Christ!

New Children’s Minister

On November 20, the shepherds were pleased to announce that Dedra Hunter accepted an offer to become our new children's minister! Dedra's teaching experience, organizational skills, love for children and strong faith in God make her a welcome addition to our outstanding ministry team! Dedra will formally assume the role in January. Please make sure to welcome Dedra and her husband, Steve!
