Oversaw all aspects of a start up Company’s accounting and finance functions. Helped the Company negotiate an initial $30 million senior loan facility used to successfully acquire broadcast

properties in San Antonio and Reynosa, MX. Negotiated the Company’s $130 million senior debt agreement. Worked in conjunction with founders of the

Company to raise additional $100 million of capital. Proceeds used to purchase a competing company and an additional 20 broadcast properties in Texas and Mexico.

Supervised month end closings, maintained GL and completed all covenant compliance reporting timely. Worked with Audit Committee on timely completion of annual audit.

Planned and filed all Federal, State and Local Tax Filings. Restructured the Company’s balance sheet by converting $70 million of junior subordinated debt to equity.
