3.2 Nhn lc v dng c bo dng: 3.2.1 Nhn lc bo dng: Nhn vin k thut in, my lnh : -c o to chnh v thit b ngun, accu, chng st v in lnh. c b tc kin thc c bn v vin thng, l thuyt c bn v di ng, trm BTS mng Vinaphone.

3.2.3.1 Lp k hoch bo dng: -Lp k hoch bo dng nh k cc trm BTS (tuyn bo dng, danh sch trm BTS, lch trnh bo dng); -Chun b v phn cng nhn s cho bo dng; -Thng bo k hoch bo dng n cc n v lin quan gii quyt cc th tc cn thit v phi hp thc hin bo dng. 3.2.3.2 Cng tc thu thp s liu: -Chun b y kt qu bo dng ln gn nht ca cc trm BTS trong danh sch bo dng. -Thng k cc tn ti, cnh bo hin ang c cc trm BTS trong danh sch bo dng. -Thng k cc trm BTS ln cn (km theo cc tham s v tuyn) c t ln bo dng trc v mi a vo khai thc trong thi gian gn y ca mi trm BTS. -Thng k phn nh ca khch hng v vng ph sng, cht lng dch v ca trm BTS trong thi gian 1 thng gn nht. 3.2.3.3 Cng tc chun b phng tin, dng c: -Chun b y cc dng c, phng tin ti thiu phc v cho cng tc bo dng trm BTS theo quy nh. -Cn c vo s liu thu thp c trn chun b cc vt t d phng thay th theo yu cu c th ca tng trm BTS trong tuyn bo dng. -Cn c vo s nhn s, s lng dng c, vt t d phng cn thit chun b phng tin t vi trng ti ph hp. 3.2.4 Ni dung bo dng: -Quy trnh bo dng Outdoor -Quy trnh bo dng Indoor 3.2.4.1 Quy trnh bo dng outdoor bao gm: -Ct anten, cu cp, feeder. -H thng anten, b g anten. -H thng tip t, chng st. -Kim tra tnh trng ct anten t ng, nu anten dy co kim cng ca dy co, cc im ni dy co (bi m) m bo chc chn. -Kim tra chc chn ca cu cp, kim tra cc im tip t, dy nhy M50 ti cc im ni cu cp. -Kim ct anten, cu cp c b g hay khng, tin hnh sn chng g. -Kim tra kp cp m bo chc chn ca feeder (cch nhau 1m phi c mt thanh kp). -Kim tra cc khp ni feeder, xit cht cc u connector. Bc li bng keo, cao su non. -Kim tra un cong ca feeder ti cc im phi 25cm. Trc khi vo phng my, feeder phi c un cong v pha di nc ma khng chy vo phng.

-Kim tra m bo im mt cao nht ca anten khng vt qu phm vi an ton 45 ca kim chng st. -Kim tra chc chn ca cc anten (c anten viba), b g anten. -Kim tra cao, hng v gc ngng, song song ca b mt cc anten trong mt sector, khong cch phn tp anten m bo ng theo thit k ca trm. -Kim tra tnh trng kim thu li Franklin. -Kim tra cc im u ni dy t ca h thng thu li vi h thng t chung ca trm. -Kim tra tnh trng tip t ca cu cp vi ct anten, kim tra cc dy nhy ti cc im ni cu cp. -Kim tra cc mi ni gia t t bo v v t cng tc m bo tip xc tt (nh sch g ri hn bng h quang hoc Axetylen v qut sn chng g). -Kim tra cc im tip t ca feeder t yu cu (t nht phi c 3 im : trc khi vo trm, trc khi u vo anten, trc khi ri ct). -Kim tra cc dy tip t phi c d phng co dn 100mm v c un cong xung pha di. -o kim tra in tr tip t ca h thng t. -Ghi li cc tn ti sau khi bo dng bo co. 3.2.4.2 Quy trnh bo dng indoor: -V sinh phng my, kim tra tng, trn nh, ca, kn l feeder. -Kim tra cc yu t xung quanh c th nh hng n phng my, kim tra h thng thot nc trn trn nh (nu c). -Ghi li cc tn ti sau khi bo dng bo co. -V sinh cng nghip cc thit b t ngun DC, n p, UPS (nu c). -Kim tra v sinh, cc thit b in (h thng cu dao, dy dn, cng tc, cp in v h thng chiu sng). -Kim tra cc im tip xc m bo chc chn. -Kim tra tnh trng tip t cho v my ca tt c thit b in trong phng my (m bo tt cc tip im gia v my - dy tip t bng tip t). -o in p pha, dng pha, in p dy trung tnh v t. -V sinh, bo dng b n p. -Kim tra h thng cnh bo ca t ngun DC, accu (cnh bo mt in li AC, hng Rectifier, in p thp LVA, in p cao HVA, in p thp ct LVD...). -m bo rectifier ca t ngun (bt buc c d phng) v iu chnh cn ti gia cc rectifier. -Ghi li cc tn ti sau khi bo dng bo co xin kin ca cp qun l cao hn. -V sinh cng nghip h thng accu, kim tra sn nh t accu. -Kim tra cc tip im (xit c, bi du m). -Kim tra cht lng ( dn in) tng bnh accu.

-Thc hin bi phng 30 pht (phng qua thit b i vi bo dng bo dng 3 thng/ln) hoc 3 gi (phng qua ti gi i vi bo dng 6 thng/ln) kim tra cng dng, in p ca tng bnh accu. -Kim tra nhit b mt ca accu vo nhng khong thi gian c nh trong sut qu trnh o. Nu xy ra ln th 2 th c th kt lun bnh accu b hng cn phi c thay th ngay. -Phi m bo tt c cc bnh accu phi c np y trc khi ri khi trm. -Ghi li cc tn ti sau khi bo dng bo. 3.2.4.3 Bo dng thit b ph tr: -Ni dung bo dng 3 thng: -V sinh tm lc khng kh. -V sinh dn lnh. -o in p v dng khi ng. -o in p v dng lm vic. -Kim tra p lc kh nn v np b xung cho iu ho. -Kim tra cc im u: u t, u cp AC, cm cht cc jack cm v lm sch cc tip im. -Kim tra b cnh bo iu ho. -Kim tra b cnh bo nhit . -Kim tra iu khin Remote ca iu ho. -Kim tra ch chuyn i d phng gia 2 iu ho (khi mt in AC v c in AC tr li). -Trc khi ri trm phi m bo iu ho chy tt ng ch (iu chnh ca s hng gi 450 so vi mt phng ngang, nhit phng t 20 - 250C). -Kim tra kn ca phng my. -Ghi li cc tn ti sau khi bo dng bo. -Ni dung bo dng 6 thng: -Thc hin cc vic nh bo dng 3 thng v thm cc phn sau: -Lm sch dn ngng -Kim tra ng ng bo n -Thng ng thot nc -Kim tra qut gi -Lm v sinh dn nng -Kim tra c kh: n, cc ting ng bt thng, chc chn ca gi . -Trc khi ri trm phi m bo iu ho chy tt ng ch . -Ghi li cc tn ti sau khi bo dng bo co. -Kim tra v sinh cc thit b ct lc st ngun, cht lng hot ng (%).

-Kim tra cc tip im u ni thit b ct lc st. -Kim tra thit b chng st feeder, chng st truyn dn (trong trng hp c yu cu trang b). -Ghi li cc tn ti sau khi bo dng bo co. -Kim tra v sinh cc thit b cnh bo ngoi (t nhp, nhit , iu ho, bo nhit, bo chy, thit b cnh bo trung tm...) -Tin hnh th cc cnh bo ngoi, bo nhit, bo chy trang b m bo t yu cu. -Ghi li cc tn ti sau khi bo dng bo co. -V sinh bnh cu ho. -Kim tra kp ch nim phong cc bnh cu ho. -Kim tra trng lng C02 ca cc bnh cu ho. -Kim tra tiu lnh cha chy. -Ghi li cc tn ti sau khi bo dng bo co. -Kim tra v v sinh cc thit b ph tr khc (ni quy phng my, s ng in, cu hnh truyn dn, mc treo cha kho, hp cnh bo, s theo di ti sn, s nht bin, bin bo phng my, qut thng gi...). -Ghi li cc tn ti sau khi bo dng bo co. 3.2.4.4 Bo dng thit b truyn dn Viba: -V sinh cng nghip thit b truyn dn Viba. -Kim tra trng thi cc n LED trn thit b nu thy c hin tng bt thng phi kp thi x l. -Kim tra n nh ca ngun DC cung cp cho thit b Viba. -Kim tra mc thu, mc pht, tn s ca tuyn Viba c t yu cu theo thit k. -Tin hnh o In-Service lung ang s dng trong 02 gi ng h. -Kim tra xo cc cnh bo trn thit b (cc lung E1 khng dng n phi c u loop trnh cnh bo). -Tin hnh o BER t nht 48 gi ng h (o out-off -service trn lung truyn dn E1 cn d ca tuyn truyn dn) tu thuc mc cn thit (thng xuyn mt lin lc, cht lng qu km....). -Ghi li cc tn ti sau khi bo dng bo co. 3.2.4.5 Bo dng thit b trm BTS: -V sinh cng nghip thit b trm (b mt t, nc t, cc, qut gi, ...). -Kim tra v xit cht (bng cl, mlt) tt c cc u connector RF (khng c vn bng tay khng) nhm trnh suy hao cng sut, phn x sng ng. -Kim tra thit b modul cung cp ngun ca t my (yu cu c d phng v modul ngun). -Cn chnh, kim tra cng sut pht cc i ca tng TRX so vi tiu chun k thut, thc hin cn bng cng sut ca cc TRX trong cng sector. Yu cu thay th nu cng sut pht cc i o c ti nh cabinet ca TRX vt qu ch tiu k thut, hoc nh hn 42.3 dBm (17W).

-Cn chnh ng thu (bay level offset tables) ca tng DRI). Nu khng t yu cu phi thay th v thc hin cn chnh mi. -Kim tra lch ca ng h GCLK, tin hnh cn chnh ng h GCLK nu c cnh bo hoc ng h lch ra ngoi gi tr cho php. -Sp xp li theo th t ca cc RTF trn cc DRI trong mi sector. -Kim tra kh nng thm nhp knh, cht lng thoi trn cc khi thu pht v tuyn. -Phi hp vi Trung tm iu hnh thng tin kim tra v x l cc cnh bo cn tn ti ca trm trc khi kt thu cng vic bo dng. -Ghi li cc tn ti sau khi bo dng bo co. 3.2.4.6 Kim tra vng ph sng v cht lng dch v: -Thc hin driving test kim tra v nh gi cht lng dch v ca trm sau khi bo dng, lu gi s liu driving test qun l v so snh vi kt qu cc ln bo dng trc v sau. -o kim tra vng ph sng theo cc im chun (la chn 10 im chun ng bin c mc thu khong 80 dBm ca mi sector o kim so snh vi ln bo dng trc ). -Phi hp vi Trung tm HTT kim tra v khai bo y cc neighbor cells cn thiu, xo b cc neighbor cells khng cn thit. -Ly s liu thng k t OMC-R ca trm trong 5 ngy (t Th hai n Th su ca tun tip theo sau khi bo dng so snh vi 5 ngy cng thi im ca ln bo dng trc ), c th cc s liu sau y: Total_Call Call_Setup_Success_Rate Call_Success_Rate Drop_Call_Rate Handover_Success_Rate TCH_Congestion_Rate
