other forms of media apologizing for the past performance and fully understand the loop holes and or problems that the police force has and

solve them.

every dept. stating that no pornographic material shall be displayed in the precinct and or during working hours

๏ All officers are to attend rape workshops

๏ Each officer will be explained the psychological affects this has on the victim and how situations can be diffused effectively

minimizing the amount of paperwork that officers have to fill out

๏ Develop monthly workshops to review the statistics of how the department is doing in comparison to the number of crimes committed

๏ Cameras will be installed in every vehicle as well as the precinct in order to monitor performance

๏ Contact all media personnel in order to have them do a one on one story of some of the officers
