Set Up a New User with a Role

• Type the new user’s name

• Add password and confirm (highly recommended)

• Highlight role and click “Add”

• A user may have more than one role (which happens in smaller companies)

• The role is named and defined

• On the right the specific access is defined by checkboxes

Capacity for Names and Items Lists

• You can add hundreds of thousands of customers, vendors and employees and hundreds of thousands of inventory, non-inventory and service items*
