Aspirations vs Possibilities

Page 5: Quick tips on Brainstorming

Aspirations are longer-term expressions of identity and mastery. They capture who teachers are and want to be in the classroom. Possibilities, on the other hand, are near-term expressions of what teachers would like to learn, explore, and do over the course of a semester or academic year. (Evocative Coaching. Location 3506)
