    What are we Learning Today?

Learning Actively Re-creating the BM Table Sheet in our mind, on our

hand, and on our body (limbs). Creating a New System so there is no need for

memorizing. Called the Clock/Triangle System. No Rote Memorizing!

We are Learning to Learn! Remember to have Fun when Learning!

    Clock/Triangle System

Pros: Can use the System Anywhere! Clinic, Demos, Planes, Shuttle Bus, BBQs, on the fly, etc.

Faster & Accurate. Makes you look more professional. Combine with Acupressure or Piezo and use sans

    needles. Cons:

You have to work at learning something new. Doesnt work with BM System 7.

    Learning & Memorizing

Memorizing does not work for most people Once your mind is full, it starts to kick out old info to

make room for the new info. Overflowing Teacup Must empty your cup first.

If it did, we would remember everything about every Chinese Herb from studying in school.

12 Mai X 5 Systems = 60 Mais to memorize. A lot. Phone #s 7-10 digits for a reason. Most people remember a couple of BM Systems.

Learning is Personal. Many different styles.

    Active Learning

Rote Memorizing is limited. Useful until the short term memory is full.

Memory is based upon: Experience Ask Questions Live it in real life

Context Personal different for everyone Create Story

Words, pictures, etc. We are going to create pictures in our minds, like Tattoos.

    Active Learning

Spatial Learn in a particular place Bards, Monks, Clergy back in the day used to use this

    technique.

We are going to place the BM Table Sheet (Tattoos) on our Body (Spatially).

    Easier to remember.

    Create a Comprehensive System

Use systems you already know Chinese Clock Your Hand Your Body

Learn a few new systems Triangle System Numbered Limbs

Combine All of these Systems Together! Create an Active Memory Map

    Reminders

K.I.S.S. Keep It Simple Stupid Lets make this as Easy as Possible. Thats the whole point.

Remember this is a System Have to take each step one by one. If you get overwhelmed, go back to the Chinese

Clock. Always go back to the Chinese Clock! Have Fun!

    Why does this Work?

Injured Mai Tx the 5 systems & vice a versa. Asked is there a repeating pattern to make

learning this easier? Systems are based upon the I-Ching, which is

mathematical in nature. So why not?! Maybe there is a Geometrical nature to the

Chinese Clock? Yes, when placed on a Clock & connect the dots. Found that all Yin Arm patterns are the same, all

Yang Arm patterns are the same, etc.

    A Simple Breakdown

    Steps: 1. Chinese Clock

Place it on Left Hand 2. Balance Method System 1-6

Place on Chinese Clock for each Mai based on time i.e. LU, LI, ST, SP, Etc.

Identify Unique Shape for each Mai 3. Place Triangle Shape & Number on a Limb Visually, like a

tattoo, to remember. 4. When needed superimpose Triangle System over Chinese

Clock on your left hand. Boom. Done.

Step 2: Overlay BM System on Clock

Always view clock from outside looking in. Spend more time overlaying clock onto hand.

This will be your Traveling BM sheet. The Triangle System is fairly easy to remember. This may seem to be complicated. It is not. You

will get it! I believe in you! Each Grouping of Leg Yang, Arm Yang, etc.

    Mais has a distinct ( + #). All Groupings have the .

Step 2: Leg Yang (Left Leg)

The main Triangle Includes 4 points.

Injured Mai can treat/be treated by 3 Mais and its own Mai. Look at BM Table: ST: PC, LI, SP, ST GB: HT, SJ, LR, GB BL: LU, SI, KD, BL

When placed on the clock and then the dots are connected it creates a Triangle. This Triangle is present in all 12 Mais.
