1. [REVISED] Were females meant to be leaders? God made man head, so if God made man head, wouldn't it be out of order for a female to lead a department organization etc.? God is a God of order. By the way, I'm a female.

1. You are not a screwup. 2. There is still a lesson to be learned and

strength to be gained. 3. Choose relationships with people who are where you’re trying to go not stuck where you’ve been. 4. Never, ever stop pursuing. 5. Develop patience. It will help you find peace when things aren’t working as you thought.
