Analysis:

• From my results, I can see that most of my audience is female and that they are aged between 16-20. So I will try to make my magazine suitable for that targeted audience.my next question was that do you read magazine and 4 out of 10 answered yes, 3 out of 10 said no and 3 other people said sometimes. Question 4 was ‘What kind of articles interests you the most?’ and 5 people said Q&A’s, so I will do a question and answer article in my double page spread of the rising pop artist.For the next question, the most favourite music magazine was Billboard.

Analysis:

• For question six I asked at what frequency do you think that magazines should be released and monthly was the one with the most ticks. The next question I asked was the pricing of the magazine, and £1.50-£2.50. So the pricing I’m going for is £2 which is in between £1.50 and £2.50. the favourite music genre was pop, so I decided to go with the genre pop for my magazine. Question 9 was who is your favourite singer/band? Most people voted Justin Timberlake and Ed Sheeran and one person voted Miley Cyrus. These three music artists will be featured in my magazine along side the music band I have created for the front cover and double page spread of my magazine. The final question was that ‘do you use the posters in the magazines?’ and 5 out of 10 people said yes,2 out of 10 said no and 3 out of 10 said sometimes. So I will feature a poster image on my front cover.

Analysis:

• With the audience response to my questionnaire, it help me to finally decide what my magazine should be like. I will advertise posters in the contents page. The question: ‘favourite pop singer’ aided me to decided what pop artists to use in my magazine. The answers of the bar chart for question seven helped me to decide to price of the magazine. Because people chose the £1.50-£2.50 bar, so I will go in-between and go for £2 as the price of my magazine. As you can see from the results of question four, Q&A will be the article in my magazine. The target age range of my audience is 16-20 years old. I will try and make my magazine suitable for that age group. also the targeted audience is girls. So again I will make sure that my magazine is appropriate for teenage girls.
