might distribute you media product and why?

Where?• I think the people who would distribute my magazine would be

shops such as WHSmith and the local supermarkets such as sainsbury’s, tesco, and asda. I think they are the right distributors for my magazine as my target audience will be going to those shops. I would also like my magazine to be beside Q magazine on the shelf. My magazine could also be sold in music shops such as HMV as people from my target audience will be shopping there. As my target audience is teenagers to young adults it could also be sold in Superdrug or boots. These shops are mostly for girls but it will be a great market as girls will be going in to buy make-up, there could also be good offers on at the shop that may have been advertised in the magazine. I will be selling my magazine for £3.50. I think that is an acceptable price after my research. I think the price range also fits in where the product will be sold as it is not too expensive or cheap.

Advertisements.

• I think there would be a selection of advertisements in my magazine. The advertisements would have similar items that are in Q magazine. I think this as my magazine has aspects of their magazine. It could also advertise concerts that are coming up as well as any festivals such as T4 on the beach. As my target audience is teenagers to young adults there could be clothes advertisements such as Newlook, river Island and top shop/man.
