What have you learnt about technologies from the process of constructing this product?

During the creation of my front cover/ contents page I used Photoshop to manipulate pictures to make them greyscale. I have never taken photographs before in terms of making a composition and this task enabled me to think about mid shots, close ups, rule of thirds and so forth

I was able to make the image brighter and add colour splash to make the colours pop

I removed the background and changed the colour of her dress to yellow to match my gold colour scheme

Before this point I had never used Wordpress therefore had to learn how navigate the dashboard, create blogs, view fellow students blogs and of course manage my own blog.I have learnt how to create different pages that make my work more presentable and organised

Prezi is a presentation software that allows the user to create spontaneous presentations. At first the interface was very intimidating and confusing but throughout the course I have gained more knowledge of it and I am able to embed prezis on to my blog. I really liked the software all together because it’s a good way to present because it isn’t boring to watch.

I have never used inDesign before and found it difficult at first but quickly picked it up and was able to manoeuvre text and objects into columns to create a conventional double page spread.
