Students, who wish to appeal for a transfer ofschool due to any of the following reasons, mayparticipate in the Mass Appeal Exercise (MAE):

1. Serious Medical Conditions (E.g. chronic heart or kidney conditions)An official letter from a certified doctor must be attached to the application

2. Dyslexia and Autistic Spectrum DisorderSubmit a comprehensive report written by arelevant professional (e.g. psychologist,speech and language therapist).

Other documents may include report fromprimary school.

It should clearly describe the extent of disability (temporary or permanent) and type of assistive device currently using e.g. wheelchair

Before reporting for school on 2nd January2019 (Wed),

• Purchase your books from the school bookshoplocated in the canteen. (Refer to the booklist fordetails)

• Purchase your school uniform and PE attireeither in school on 20th Dec or 21st Dec, or fromthe shop. (Refer to the small handout for details).They will be opened from 9 am to 2 pm on bothdays.
