FIFTH SUNDAY OF EASTER

WE GLORY IN THE VICTORIOUS LOVE OF CHRIST

All true love has its origins in God, who is love itself, and

so the Christian believer must seek to love as God loves,

"I give you a new commandment: love one

another. As I have loved you, so you also should

love one another. This is how all will know that you

are my disciples, if you have love for one another."

following cemeteries: Mt. Olivet in Kenmore, Holy Cross in

Lackawanna, Gate of Heaven in Lewiston and Holy

Sepulchre in Cheektowaga. On Monday, May 27 at 10 am

Masses will be held at Queen of Heaven Cemetery in

Lockport and St. Adalbert Cemetery in Lancaster. Honoring

all those buried in the cemetery is the focus of our

Eucharistic celebrations and our voiced intercessions.

Veterans and Scouts are welcome to join us with our

wreath service that follows the Mass.
