Starter: Leer
do
Make a list in English of all the household jobs mentioned in the cartoon.
1. What can’t the boy do if he doesn’t finish his jobs?2. What’s the first job he has to do? 3. What does he say he usually does in the 2nd picture?4. What does he normally do on a Sunday?5. Why doesn’t he want to go out anymore?
Note down in Spanish the jobs which are in the infinitive form

Los infinitivos utilesKnowing the infinitive of a verb is really useful, because a lot of GCSE phrases are followed by the infinitive:
Suelo (I usually)Tengo que (I have to)
As well as opinions like me gustaand the modal verbs we’ve been looking (puedo, quiero, etc.)In addition, you need knowing an infinitive is a really easy way to make the future tense in Spanish. Just put Voy a in front of it!
