for Corner Club’s upcoming accreditation visit in January 2017. Corner Clubhouse mem-

bers and staff continue to be involved with the Massachusetts Clubhouse Coalition, and we

attended their annual conference and committee meetings. This director serves on the

board for the MCC, and our employment coordinator, Hannah Goodreau, is on the employ-

The new board encompasses a more fully -engaging work ordered day. The unit also

worked on updating all of their member files, in order to meet our FHR compliance goals.

The unit will be continuing progress and prepare for Corner Clubhouses Accreditation visit.

Community Connections Is a big part of clubhouses integrating members with the peers in the

community. We have had a variety of events this past summer and

Holiday Season, and the members state that these events are one of the

things they enjoy most about being a clubhouse member. Let the good

times roll!

events. Top left to right and bottom: Nami Walk, Clubhouse and FR Region Cookout at Colt

During the month of December, Corner Clubhouse learned

that we will sadly will have to say goodbye to the TSH Greenhouse

that the FHR clubhouse members and staff were working at, for the

past several years. December 31st, was the official last day that the

greenhouse was open, under FHR management. We would like to

thank all of the members that worked there for many years, (Donald,

Damon, Gary, Gerry, and Helen), and the most recent greenhouse

manger, (Michelle H.), for their hard work and dedication. FHR had

an award ceremony for these members at C.C., and everyone of them

received a horticultural certificate of achievement and appreciation!
