Quantity Surveyor – Property Developer – Dubai I have an opening working for one of Dubai’s most recognised developers. They have been involved in the most prestigious and sometimes the most ambitious large scale projects that Dubai has seen over the last 20 years. They are constantly looking to start new developments creating plenty of career opportunities for those looking to join a well-established developer. They are now looking for a Quantity surveyor to join a team of 3 or 4 Quantity Surveyors based in their Dubai head office. Requirements: 5 – 10 years’ experience Quantity Surveying Degree Stable work history High rise and villa experience with developer, contractor or consultancy Experience working on large scale projects Good communication skills Middle East experience preferred but not necessary In return you will get an attractive, Tax-Free basic salary, housing allowance, car allowance, performance related bonus, family medical and annual return flights home.
