• We use a few with countable nouns.It means some ,but not many.

A lot of..

• We use a lot of with all types of nouns.It means a large number or amount.

• -We have a lot of time.• -There are a lot of eggs in the fridge.• -There is a lot of money in the purse.• -I have a lot of books.

Some-any(biraz,birkaç-hiç)

We use some in positive sentences.But we use any in negative and question sentences.

-There is some milk in the glass.-There isn’t any milk in the glass.-Is there any milk in the glass?-There are some books in the bag.-There aren’t any books in the bag.-Are there any books in the bag?
