• PDP is separate to objective setting process and Incentive Scheme
• PDP is a 2 way conversation between a manager and an individual
• At the end of the meeting you will agree an action plan to identify strengths and development areas
• The review is the conversation and the outcome is the PDP, the document helps pull this information together.
