NATURE QUALITY & BLOCK SELECTION

Ideally located in Yunfu, a city known as mecca of marble industry particularly for local materials, we

have the privilege to be more closer to the many sources in block form that we are able to select &

pick what is the best available.

Quality control starts from block selection.

And buying from the local traders instead of quarry

directly helps us to avoid low-grade materials.

Each block we picked up is the best during the

inspection stage

All of our purchased

blocks would be

re-inspected to

ensure 4 edges

well-squared.

Any projecture

would be removed.

Fine cracks would

be sealed.

BLOCK TREATMENT

Block-Resin Lock System** is fully applied on all of our blocks to avoid corner breakage during the cutting and better

bundle handling.

Bottom side.

Corner is

saved.

After squaring, the block would be covered by 2

layers of fiber glass with epoxy resin.

This Block-Resin Lock technology would help to

avoid corner breakage and meantime to have

better performance of bundle & single slab

handling.

BLOCK CUT, NET, CALIBRATE & RESIN

All of our blocks are cut by modern gang-saw

The sawn thickness is 2.05~2.1cm. After calibrating, the thickness of the polished slab is 2cm.

1.8cm or even thinner is not our production

3cm thickness is available upon request.

“Cement” is new technology of back netting that we are introducing for our production afterwards.

This largely makes the slab stronger than that of epoxy resin netting.

All of the sawn slabs of our previous production are netted by 2 layers of fiber glass or 1 layer of dense fiber glass.

All of the netted slabs are calibrated to ensure the flatness & for the better performance of surface resin.

The calibrated surface is applied by high quality epoxy resin on the heating line.

Multi-rounds detailed check to ensure the fine cracks had been fully sealed.

POLISH

Fully polished by modern automatic line with purified abrasive & clean water

100% free of wax or any artificial colors. Nothing just Polish!

Strict personal control ensures the final polish quality to minimize the abrasive prints.

Lower-than-standard slab must be re-polished or de-calculated of trading measurement.

MEASUREMENT

Each slab is accurately measured to ensure at least 50mm margin on general length & height respectively after

calculation of corner or brim breakages.

Inevitable defects would be discounted from the measurement

STONE IS PRECISE JOB

With our tag system, we do not only attention to the block nr., slab nr. and thickness those useful info for your

management of stockyard, but also a guarantee of final polish quality.

Since we do check piece by piece, we do record all the information like corner breakage, margin-rough, cracks, etc..

This will help the clients understand better what exactly inside of the bundles.

The timber for package is FIR type free of mould and wormholes. Heat treatment & fumigation are fully applied,

qualified for ISPM-15. EPE foam & film protection isolate each slab to avoid stained.
