18-21 Work Skills Pilot: Testing online and blended delivery of English and Mathematics

This pilot project is a joint initiative between the Department for Business Innovation and Skills (BIS), the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) and the Department for Education (DfE). The purpose is to determine whether an English and maths intervention improves the employment and skills outcomes for 18 to 21 year olds. The project will also test new delivery models and funding approaches.

The SFA seeks interest from learning providers wishing to partner with technology companies to develop innovative and engaging solutions with a potential national roll out.

The detailed Intention To Tender document can be found at http://bit.ly/WorkSkills2014-Spec

If you are interested in participating in this project we would ask you to express your interest by completing an online form at http://bit.ly/WorkSkills2014-Form.
