ECOtouch Interactive Touch Screens were

launched in the UK in 2014 with the aim of providing

quality and value to schools.

Over the period, we have developed a range of

affordable installed packages to meet the schools’

individual requirements and to further enable them to

make the switch from projector based whiteboard

systems as seamless as possible.

Manufactured using state of the art technology, the BVS

screens come with a 7 year warranty as well as free

delivery anywhere on mainland UK. All warranties and

support are handled by a UK based team of

technicians and engineers, while Installations are

carried out by skilled and highly trained installation

engineers.

The current ETA series come in 3 sizes, 65” being the

most popular and meeting the requirements of the

majority of classrooms. The 70” is suitable for very large

classrooms such as science labs, whilst the 55” works

best for Senco, small meeting areas and small nursery

classrooms.

Used by schools across the country, the BVS screens

have rapidly gained recognition as being amongst

the best for quality, value and reliability. This is

evidenced by the many exemplary testimonials, some

of which are reproduced in this brochure.

I am confident a BVS ECOtouch solution can prove to

Six years ago, I wanted to replace the failing

interactive whiteboards and saw the first touch

screens at an exhibition. These would have been

perfect for our needs but, priced at between £3500 and

£4500, we simply could not have afforded them.

I therefore had a chat with Go Education, an

established supplier in the education sector, about the

possibility of touch screens being developed so as to be

available at around the £2500 price, which would have

made them affordable for schools. At the same time, I

offered my services to act as an advisor to Go

Education and, together with input from other schools’

Heads and Network Managers, the technical team at

Go Education was successfully able to develop the BVS

ECOtouch.

To date, in my school, we have had 6 classrooms

equipped with the 65” BVS screens. The teachers have

been delighted with them and the children love them.

The 65” screens meet the needs of teachers and are at

sensible prices that schools can afford. The screen

quality is superb and I cannot

tell the difference between the

BVS ECOtouch and other more

expensive brands that I have seen

for obvious reasons - I am obliged to

look at alternatives and get alternative quotes

for best practice.

I am pleased that the BVS screens are now also

available under an Operating Lease as it considerably

reduces the outlay. I am considering going down this

route to replace the rest of the old whiteboards with the

BVS Touch Screens together with the 60 Student

Netbooks as we simply do not have any money left for

capital purchases. Operating Leases with 3 Yearly

refreshes are the way forward for all ICT equipment,

even more so when budgets are diminishing!

I wholeheartedly recommend BVS Touch Screens to

arrangements that every school has to make when replacing existing

Interactive whiteboards. Our Premium packages take this hassle out.

Non-kerbside delivery (FREE)

We realise that, whilst taking delivery of new touch screens, schools are often faced with

the difficult task of moving the heavy screens from the kerbside drops to the classrooms,

due to a lack of manpower. To solve this problem, all Premium packages now include

non-kerbside screen delivery direct to the classroom. All screens will be brought to site

by the installers on the day of installation.

De-installation of old equipmentYour old equipment will be de-installed (provided it is at a safe working height of 2.7m).

EMPOWER WITH

TRAINING


From discussions with many headteachers and network

managers, we realise that interactive equipment purchased

by schools is not always being used to its full potential. This is

often due to inadequate training.

These workshops have been designed to give teachers a

head start in preparing and presenting lesson plans. Each

workshop lasts approximately 1.5 hours and allows the

participating teacher to ask questions throughout. Upon

completion of the onl ine training workshop, the

participating teacher will receive a Certificate.

Online workshops do not cover hardware training. However, as

part of the installation process, BVS installation engineers give an

overview of the BVS Touch Screen and also demonstrate wireless

connectivity with a student device.

We have partnered with Gaia Technologies plc to provide

training via Online workshops.

The supplier provided us with an excellent product at an excellent price, but what was

most exceptional was the after-sales service. When we had a problem with our device,

a replacement was brought out to us the very next day. This meant our teachers and

students were able to continue teaching and learning with no interruption.

The BVS Touch Screen that was supplied and installed by Remedian is brilliant. It has

excellent clarity and very fast responsiveness. There is no need to calibrate and, because

no projector is needed, it can be positioned at a perfect height for the children to use.
