Weekly 1-1 – review performance of instructors, student engagement, attendance, student success

Chairs are visiting classrooms weekly and report on observations

o Weekly meetings with chairs to review metric objectives

o Show Meetings (AA, with Director)

o Define pro-active measures to ensure success

o Isolate issues of concern; areas of concern per program
