Our mission is to create great tasting, gluten-free foods.
Classically trained Chef Brad Holley created the company’s first product — the QRUNCH burger — for his gluten-intolerant daughter who wanted something in place of the typical soy-based veggie burger.
Jim Adams, whose wife is also gluten-intolerant, serves as the company’s CEO. He also launched a boutique raw dog food line in 2009. Prior to this, Jim headed up marketing for Chipotle Mexican Grill.
Founded by a classically trained chef and a restaurant marketing executive with a single SKU in 2011.
Our Goal is to provide customers gluten-free foodsthat are convenient, delicious and unique — for every partof the day from breakfast to snacks.
