Assumptions
There is IP connectivity from the Node B to the core.
HLR can re‐provision the test lines MSISDNs by changing their EQoS THP.
No congestion on Iu, Gn and Gi links is assumed, which means no QoS enforcement on the core transport network is needed.
There will be no QoS configuration mapping needed on the EPG because congestion cannot be simulated on the Gn and Gi interface.
SPI mapping can be based on TC, THP and ARP settings received from the core network.
