Welcome to Qlubb 101 Webinar
This slideshow highlights some of the basic capabilities of Qlubb
that can help you simplify the way you organize your groups.

1. Create your own Qlubb
1. Go to www.Qlubb.com
2. Create your group by entering– Qlubb name– Your email address– Group password– Confirm password– Group type– Letters/numbers on
the left
3. Click “Create Qlubb” button
Congratulations! Now, you have your own Qlubb.
1. Dedicated URL:
http://SJSoccerMom.Qlubb.com
2. Group email list:
Go to your Qlubb.
• Go to Qlubb homepage (www.Qlubb.com) and type your Qlubb name
OR
• Type your Qlubb’s URL name.Qlubb.com
(e.g. htpp://sjsoccermom.Qlubb.com)or
Login to Your Qlubb.
1. Enter your email address
2. Enter your Qlubb password
3. Click enter button
(No individual registration!!
Don’t you just LOVE that!)
2. Add members to your Qlubb.
• Click on the “Members” tab to add or invite members to your Qlubb

• Click “Invite Members” button
or
• Click “add user” button
Invite members.
1. Type email addresses (separate multiple emails by commas)
2. Add your own personal message (optional)
3. Click “Send invitation” button

• An invitation email will automatically be sent to the email address listed
3. Create and Organize an Event
1. Click Calendar
2. Click “Add new event” button
3. Type in event information
Add details to your event
• Now you can see the new event on your calendar
• Click on the event to add details

• Add RSVP tracking by clicking “Include RSVP” button
• Edit event details by clicking edit
Add details to your event
• Click automatic reminder to adjust sending date – 1 day prior– 2 days prior– 3 days prior– 1 week prior– 2 weeks prior– Never
• Edit description
• Click “Update” to save changes
4. Create a Sign-up Sheet
1. Click “Add task” button
2. Add details (task name, date/time, and number of volunteer)
3. Click “Add” button
5. Create a Standalone Sign-up Sheet
• Perfect for events and tasks that are ongoing.– Classroom volunteers– Snack duty– Playground duty
Create a standalone sign-up sheet
1. Create an event but DO NOT put an event date
2. Go into the event and add tasks.
3. Enter in date/time for the tasks.
6. Email Reminders
• As an organizer, you can determine who and when members will receive email reminders.– Click on “edit”
event to configure this.
• Email reminder– Event– Assigned tasks

7. Invite Others to Your Event
• Go to the Event and click on “Invite”– Customize message
(optional)
• This will send an email with the event and task details to your Qlubb members.
8. Upload photos
You can add photos for either the Qlubb or a specific event.
1. Go to either the event or to the Photos Tab
2. Click on the “add more photos” icon
3. Click “Browse” button and select a photo file
4. You can associate the photo with an event or date (optional)
5. Click “Upload Photo” button

• Now you can see the photo in thumbnail style
• Click on the photo to enlarged photo
