The ability to explore data at lower management levels is now available!

Hierarchy Drill A. To cycle through your agency’s

hierarchy simply use the cyclic icon located at the top of the far left column of most reports.

B. Click on the drop down arrow located on the cyclic icon. A list box appears providing the hierarchy levels available for drilling. Hover over the desired management level and click once to make a hierarchy selection.

Hierarchy Selection Each click of the cyclic icon displays a new level of management.

Hierarchy Selection To filter on a manager, click on their

name. Once the manager is selected their name will appear in the Current Selections box.

The second column of the report will display a list of the writing agents in their hierarchy who submitted a presentation or referral for the time period selected.

Hierarchy Selection Once you have chosen a manager then you can click on the cyclic icon to drill into

the selected manager’s hierarchy.

Hierarchy Example In this example, You are able to see

that Reginald Huggard appears twice as a writing agent whenever you are filtered on the MGA, Kathryn Chiasson.

Reginald Huggard appears twice since he has submitted presentations using two different agent numbers. His agent numbers have a different hierarchy for each account. One agent number shows to have Bradley Kampmeier as a GA in his hierarchy. The other agent number does not have a GA in his hierarchy, therefore there is no value to be shown.

To remove hierarchy filters simply click on the eraser icon in the Current Selections box.
