Greetings My experience with qigong is the following: One day i heard from a men i deeply respect : 'tai chi' is a beautiful way of wo rking with energy. I though 'hmm, is it?'. Didn't think about it for 2 months, and 'by accident' i found in my room while c leaning a piece of paper which said 'tai chi courses' I couldny identify what th e hell was that and how did it got here, but i took it as a sign and started tra ingn taijiquan (tai chi chuan) at YMAA, which was actually in my primary school, 3 minutes from my house. I felt most comfortably with initial warm-up and then Qigong practice, all other was never so good. After 4 months i quit and meanwhil e started doing spring forest qigong connecting it with my spiritual practice, a nd it was powerfull. When i felt cold in the morning and did qigong without any clothes in few minutes i would feel very hot (temperature i mean :)). Also relax ation was very deep, i highly recommend it. Folder one is designed to fit dvd5, you can also merge 2 folders and burn dvd9 l ike i did. ******** FOLDER 1 ******** +----------------------------------------------------------------+ | 1.
