ANALYTICAL TOOLS USED
FLOW CHARTA flowchart is a type of diagram that represents an algorithm, workflow or process, showing the steps as boxes of various kinds, and their order
by connecting them with arrows.
PARETO DIAGRAMIt is a type of chart that contains both bars and a
line graph, where individual values are represented in descending order by bars, and
the cumulative total is represented by the line.
CAUSE AND EFFECT DIAGRAMAre causal diagrams created by Kaoru Ishikawa (1968) that show the causes of a specific event.
DECISION TREES A decision tree is a branching graph or model of decisions and their possible consequences, including chance event outcomes, resource
costs, and utility.

POSSIBLE SOLUTIONS
• Pre placement session for the students to develop their technical, analytical and aptitude skills.
• The CRC must be pro active in pitching the companies and also must communicate the expectations of the company to the students.
• Recruitment of faculty members with good industry background.
• More facilities in terms of sports infrastructure, transportation facilities and night canteen.
• A marketing campaign at the time of admission process.

LESSONS LEARNED• Tools like Pareto Charts help us to identify the
causes which affects the process the most.• Brainstorming and nominal group techniques helps
us to generate a lot of possible solutions for any given problem.
• Apart from academics there are lot of areas which affects the image of a college.
• Problem Solving is an organized way to identify the problems and finding suitable solutions to eliminate them.
