INTRODUCTION They may be applied to computer solutions, they are an

excellent tool when it comes to business, education and even something as myriad as a recipe or a how-to guide. Described below are standard symbols along with a visual representation right below:

Identification of three trouble spots• Server down The students filling online exams and even those give

entrance exam, face the problem of server down. It seems to be main concern of the college authority as well. The connection gets so busy that even the concerned authority cannot update the content on website.

 • Problem created by counselling students The students appeared for counselling, if they don’t get the

subject of their choice creates chaos. Also there may be some students who withdraw their admissions after completing their formalities.

 • Difficulty in document verification Considering today’s scenario we have indefinite corruption

prevailing in our society, so here comes the problem of duplicity which makes the process of document verification quite difficult.

LESSONS LEARNED BY THE TEAM

•Flowchart is an excellent way to plan out things on smaller scale which can then be successfully implemented in our real life (Removing errors at every stage and eventually coming to best solution). 

•This has given us an idea about how things will work and what resources will be utilised at every stage and how much capital will be required. 

•In short this task was the package of fun filled learning.
