INTRODUCTION

A flowchart is a diagrammatic representation of an algorithm, steps involved in a process or workflow or a program logic sequence, using different geometrical figures, each having a different task, interconnected by means of arrows

Flowcharts help in better visualizing, analyzing and understanding of the process and also to find flaws if any

Complex problems can also be solved easily using flowcharts

A basic flowchart consists of a rounded rectangle used to denote an activity, a diamond (rhombus) for a decision and arrows

TROUBLE SPOTS & PROBLEM DEFINITIONS

Document Verification at ARC centres- Time period given for verification of documents is less and fewer number of colleges are assigned as ARC centres. This leads to huge crowds at the ARC thus resulting into long queues and lot of chaos

Filling online form- Many a times, the official website gets crashed or the server is down due to many people logging in at the same time or because of faulty systems. This causes lot of inconvenience to the students, delay in filling the forms, etc.

Admission Procedure at the college- Only a few days time is allocated to confirm admission at the college. Many a times, fees are declared on the eleventh hour on college website which results in delay in issuing demand draft. Many forms are to be filled manually and the process is time-consuming
