Flujo is an internal project of Flipkart. Flujo is developed in order to automate the process of Quality Check faster. As number of sellers on site are increasing rapidly, so, to support sellers and process them, this tool is introduced. This tool has been introduced with new features which are helping to reduce the TAT (Turnaround Time) from 72 hours to less than 8 hours. This tool has totally overcome the older way of Quality check which was used in Flipkart and made the process fast and user friendly by reducing the reworks and manual Errorsoccurring due to not following the standard guidelines set for the process.

In this project, I got appreciation from my flipcart manager and then got promotion for giving

defect free releases and getting application tested properly in short time interval.

Responsibilities

Responsible for planning, monitoring, and control of the testing activities and tasks. Attending daily scrum meetings with Architects ,CTO's, QA Team ,Dev team and managers to understand and

discussing about requirements and use cases. Responsible for providing time estimates (after discussion with team) for test cases creation and execution

and negotiating with management to acquire the necessary resources. Responsible for Test Case verification against the requirements and business logic of application. As test execution comes near, to make sure the test environment is put into place before test execution
