HARDWARE SKILLS

I have became more aware of how to take my photos

e.g. rule of thirds and which way the lighting is so

that my image looks better and things like the back

ground, if it is a busy back ground you wont be able

to do a lot with the image unlike if you are using a

plain white back ground you can always cut the

image out on photoshop using the magic wand tool.

INDUSTRY SKILLS

I know understand the importance of target

audience and research. Also everything has to link

for example the colours and font must be the same

on every page. The images have to relate to the

target audience for example for a magazine to sell

more copies it must have a popular artist on the

front cover to attract their fans.

PHOTOSHOP

My skills on Photoshop has improved by a lot. I have

learnt how to use the stamp tool which was essential

on my front cover because part of it was cut off. I

have edited my pictures to a higher quality editing

the levels and curves in more depth.
