Configure and Create Your Own Custom Logs Q4 is supported with user friendly screen designer to allow modification of “out of box”
log book templates with tools to create your own custom logs.
Routing and Regulation Q4 provides a state flow control object which can be allocated to a specific log entry.
These flow controls are normally associated with logs that are instruction based. The
state flow mechanism provides the facility to nominate Status Change Rules along with
Routing, Notification, Awareness, Acknowledgement and Authorisation attributes.
Log Evaluation and Reports The structures developed within Q4 provide the means to combine or access individual
logs to produce desired on-line reports based on personalized or group user filters
searches.
Calendar Views Access information on day, shift, week, year and agenda calendar views.
Shift Rosters Use Q4 Roster to set up and control all types of shift rosters and personnel activities.
Supporting Document Attachments Q4 provides the means to make attachments such as drawings or office product
documents.
PDA Data Collection For site walk about reading templates can be defined and taken using Q4 PDA module
and the results can transferred into log or events entities.
Integration Integrate and use with leading GIS, PLC, DMS and ERP systems via the systems Web
Service API interface.
