PERFORMANCEREVIEW2016 VS 2015
For the quarter ended 30 September 2016, the Group recorded a revenue of RM5.45 million and a loss before taxation of RM0.66 million as compared with preceding year's quarter ended 30 June 2015 of RM3.16 million and RM0.48 million respectively. The increased in revenue from preceding year's quarter RM2.29 million to current quarter RM5.45 million was derived from the construction of 3-storey semi-detach factory and the project management and advisory. The loss before tax was slightly increased from RM0.18 million to RM0.66 million. The increased was mainly due to recruitment of new resources for the preparation of the Group development projects and also the re-allocation of fund from fixed deposit to development projects that has reduced interest income.

FUTURE PROSPECTS TheBoardisoftheviewsthatthecomingyear2017wouldbechallengingyearforthegroupastheMalaysianproperLesmarketisexpectedtoremainflat.TheunderlyingfactorswereduetotheLghteningofcreditlendingpoliciesbythebanksandlowerapprovalrateforthepurchasersoftheresidenLalproperLeswhichhasdirectlyaffectedthesalestakeuprateofthepropertydevelopmentcompanies.HowevertheBoardisworkingtogetherwiththemanagementtoimplementandenhancetheexisLngstrategicplantoovercomethecurrentmarketenvironmentandtheissuesfacedbythepropertyindustry.Inordertofacethechallenges,theBoardandmanagementarelookingintovariouswaystobemoreefficientandcosteffecLvewaysinthepropertydevelopmentandconstrucLonbusinesseswhereweareinvolvedin.Intheyear2017,thegroupwillpushforthelaunchingoftwoofourexisLngprojects,namelyBayuHeights2andAmaniResidencestoimproveourturnoverandearningsdespitethat2017isachallengingyear.
