TaxSlayer Quick Tutorial: Print Sets
Kim ManuelDirector of VITA/TCE Relations
TaxSlayer
TaxSlayer Assigned Print Sets
• PY = Prior Year to maintain the integrity of the classic 1040 form
• 2018 Paper = 1040 and new Schedules print on individual pages
• 2018 TP Copy = 1040 and new schedules are stacked and stripped
• Quality review = Suitable for all years
Creating your own print sets
• What do I add to make the new 1040 and Schedules print stacked and with the Do not Mail strip?
• Why is the 1040 printing on two pages and also stacked on one page?• To allow the print set to be used across multiple years like
the Quality Review print set• If you are only using for 2018, then you can change the
1040 count to zero
What do I add to a print set so the 1040 and Schedules print individually
Where can I learn more about creating print sets?
