When you enroll as an Associate, you enter onto your FIRST Compass Matrix . You need a
total of 6 Team Members enrolled on your Matrix (2 that were personally referred by you) in order to graduate. The Matrix fills up from
top to bottom and from left to right.
When you graduate from your FIRST Compass Matrix, you enter onto your SECOND Compass
Matrix. Once again, you need a total of 6 Team Members on your Matrix in order to graduate. The Matrix fills up from top to
bottom and from left to right.
