To find the perimeter, first find the unknown side with Pythagoras

=49.5cm

Pennant 2= 69 x 23.5=1621.5

Pennant 3= 86.4 x 23.5=2030.4

I would choose to manufacture Pennant 1 because it is cheaper to make.
